So far so good! I’ve had nothing but great things to say thus far in my experience with Byte! I got my impression kit in September and got my plan emailed to me by the beginning of October! Before I signed up, I called customer service and was put through to my advisor. My advisor answered all my questions professionally and was able to not only make me feel very welcomed and comfortable, but I felt like I had all the info I needed! She was extremely knowledgeable and warm and friendly. I’m currently in week 6 of my plan and have already noticed a difference in not only the night itself, but my smile has become brighter! Sending a whitening solution is a massive plus in my book! Thank you Byte! I’ve been singing your praises everywhere I can since October!

I have been avoiding braces for over 20 years. I considered Invisalign 5 years ago and chickened out, convincing myself that I would never adjust to wearing them. I didn’t want the pain or the annoyance of compliance. Now that I have been wearing them for 4 weeks, I wish I had done this a very long time ago. It is so easy. No pain ever, no annoyance. I forget I am wearing them. I have the overnight, but would have no issues wearing them during the day. This is so easy. And I can feel my teeth moving because of my bite. I am always looking in the mirror, wondering if this is really possible for teeth to move this quickly. This is so easy I am laughing at myself for all the drama that led up to it. I could have had straight teeth decades ago. LOL.

I am almost done with my treatment and I am so excited to finish in two weeks! This system was so easy, fast and affordable. I have had several people ask me about my teeth and say how straight and white they are getting. I have already referred a few friends and I am so excited they are purchasing because this truly was amazing! I feel so much better about my smile and I can wait to see the final results! The support and customer service has been great and I would highly recommend this product. This was not painful and you can easily pop the aligners out to eat. I had a few times where I had a ache jaw which is totally normal and Advil helped with that.

The process was very easy. I got the starter kit at a discounted price which I appreciated. The Byte advisor contacted me and kept me updated on everything, also offered his help if I needed it through the started kit process. I was able to text him questions/send pics on what I was doing incorrectly WHILE I was making my impressions which was AWESOME! I sent my impressions in and next thing I knew, I had a treatment plan in a week or 2 to look at online. I was very impressed by what so saw. I ended up purchasing and will be starting my 2nd week of aligners tonight. I know the first set was working because my teeth were hurting! I’ve had braces before so this part took me back 😭 but the convenience of not having to go into orthodontist appointments is amazing, especially with 2 kids. I foresee nothing but the progress I expect out of these aligners and I can’t wait to see what my smile looks like when I’m done!

So far, my experience with byte has been impeccable. What makes them outstanding is their superior customer service and responsiveness. Whether I call the customer service number for a question or clarification or issue, I get a human being within seconds! A friendly one at that. No menus, no buttons to push. And then a follow-up email on whatever was my concern within the hour. Really unbelievable the way they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
I've always wanted to straighten my teeth and it was always unaffordable for me. At age 47, my teeth were so crowded that I needed multiple cleanings a year at the dentist to maintain healthy oral hygiene.
With byte, I am paying a fraction of the price of other competitors and getting lots of promos and freebies added! I've referred 2 friends so far and I'm getting $400 in Amazon gift cards, so byte essentially paid for my Christmas shopping!!! I'm so happy that my rep and I decided on the nighttime aligners. I eat frequently throughout the day to manage my weight and metabolism, so this was a perfect solution. The hyperbite tool is also really cool and completely comfortable to use. I am so excited to finish my 14 weeks with a brand new smile. 😁😁😁

Australian customer - I had fairly straight teeth as a kid and wasn’t in the position to get braces until I was older and had my own money. I have slight crowding due to my wisdom teeth growing and pushing out my front teeth causing them to crowd. I am up to my 7th week in my 13 week plan and in just a few weeks I noticed a real difference. I am extremely happy about the price, customer service you receive and the results so far. After my mould was done, I enquired further with my only dentist and they were helpful to tell me if I could have my initial plan reviewed to include pushing out my narrow smile to a bigger smile - which was achievable and I already see the difference in my smile. Very happy thus far 😊

My experience with Byte has been great. At first I was a little skeptical as I didn't really know anything about the company, but after reading reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. From beginning to end, my experience has been exceptional. I am most impressed with their customer service. I was assigned my own personal rep who answered all of my questions and walked me through the process from beginning to purchase. 5 weeks into my treatment and I am receiving additional follow up to make sure I'm still pleased with my product - which I am! My teeth are noticeably whiter and I can visibly see the spacing in my teeth has changed. I still have 12 weeks to go and am super excited to see what my teeth will look like once finished if they already look this great! Financing was easy. My HRA completely covered everything. I was provided a receipt to submit and it was approved almost immediately. I highly would recommend Byte to anyone. I chose the nightByte as it was more convenient for me.

So far so good. I'm about 5 weeks into wearing my aligners and everything ahs pretty much went as expected.
Pros:
Quick and easy molding kit
Good communication
All the aligners are sent at one time so you don't have to wait for the next set when you are ready to switch
Much cheaper than other similar aligners but with quality results so far (I will weigh in on this again after I complete my 16 week treatment!)
Con:
One aligner broke. It was the last day that I was supposed to wear that set so it ended up not being a big deal but it made me worried that it may happen again. So far, so good. No others have broken but I am a little bit more careful in taking them in and out. This probably was not actually Byte's fault (I tend to be a little aggressive and not gentle with things, haha) so I am not taking a star away.
Overall, I am satisfied and already seeing a difference in my teeth, So hopefully I will be just as happy with Byte in 10 weeks when my treatment is finished!

This is the best investment I have ever made to my smile. I was so hesitate to go into this journey because I didn’t know if it was going to work or not. However, I decided to give it a try for many reasons. First of all, I have three kids and it’s really hard for me to attend to any kind of appointment, especially because all my family live far away. Secondly, I love that this treatment doesn’t take much time comparing to braces that can take years and I even was able to make monthly payments with no interest. And unlike braces, no one had notice that I’m wearing aligners. Also, I feel way more confident that I ever was before with my smile. So, over all, this treatment has been great for me because it had saved me time, is affordable, with invisible appearance, and the best part, it changed my smile from crowded teeth to beautiful straight teeth.

I found Byte the same way all great products are found, in an Instagram ad. Jokes aside, I'm so happy that I came across Byte when I did. I had long given up on fixing up my smile since I had a rough experience with another really popular invisible aligner provider. They had a weird vibe, I didn't trust the product, and the treatment time was way too long for me. Given our new circumstances in the world, I loved that I could do everything from home. I messed up my impressions the first time, but I got it the second time around and it’s been so easy ever since.
Byte is incredible in every department. Their customer support team has always made me feel like a valued customer. Their commitment to helping out their users shows and makes the experience way less scary. The technology in the HyperByte surprised me because of how effective it was. I experienced a fair bit of discomfort my first night with the aligners, but their support team recommended that I use the HyperByte a little longer. With some Advil, the pain went away after some extra use with the device.
I am currently two weeks into my treatment and I can already see the difference in how I hold my teeth. I have a bit of an underbite, but my teeth are already connecting better and straightening out. I use the night-time aligners and think the extra 200/300 bucks makes it well worth it. I don’t think I’d like wearing them all day, but I think the daytime ones are made for long-term wear. Anyway, I can’t recommend Byte enough. I’m so happy I’m able to go through this whole process without ever leaving home.

While I was looking into invisible braces, I realized just how many options there were. I did a TON of research to ensure I was getting the best possible braces. I chose Byte, and I was not disappointed! Not only are my teeth more beautiful than ever (and I'm not even completely finished with my treatment), but these braces were truly affordable. The customer service that their team provides is also outstanding. They always get back to you within a reasonable time and answer any and all questions you could ever have. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Byte team. They even provide you with a "personal byte advisor", who you are able to easily reach out to at any time via text. I would recommend this treatment plan to anyone and everyone looking to get invisible braces. I was swayed toward Byte because of their incredible reviews, I hope my honest review helps you to make the right decision too!

I began the process with another company that offers a similar service at the beginning of the year. I was so disappointed in the customer service and the process that I gave up and lost out on $120. Then I came across Byte and decided to give this thing another shot. I was recently promoted and wanted to feel more confident with my smile. I was so impressed with Byte!!!! From the start to finish it was just such an easy process. The shipping was fast, responses to my questions were asked in a timely manner, and I was updated every step of the way. I’m almost a full week in and and still so happy that I made this decision. I can’t wait to see the transformation in person! THANK YOU BYTE!! You have mastered affordable braces and made the experience much more enjoyable, while providing excellent customer service and a professional experience.

I wore braces when I was younger but never wore my retainer, 30 years later, my teeth moved back crooked and my bite was off. My teeth didn't even touch. I researched a lot of different aligner companies and I chose Byte. They were reasonably priced and their customer service is just outstanding! From the day I ordered, someone from the company texted or emailed me daily. I'm 9 weeks in and super happy with my results. I can't wait to see what happens in the next 6 weeks. My treatment time was 15 weeks, I saw a change within the first week. They might not be the cheapest but I'll pay extra for EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommend.

I am on my second week of my aligners and I am already starting to see/feel the difference. But let’s start from the beginning shall we?
I ordered the impression kit and luckily I managed to get 2 out of the 4 impressions right. I like that byte is aware that doing impressions at home for the first time has some room for mistakes and that I was able to get the whole impression for top and bottom down by my third and fourth try.
Receiving my 3D treatment plan online was super exciting to see how my teeth would eventually look and I looked into all my financial options and decided to go for it and purchased my aligners.
Shipping was 4 weeks as promised and the customer support from the start to now has been fantastic. I was able to text with support on any questions I had and everything went really smooth.
I definitely can feel the aligners working their magic, the pain is minimal and by the end of the week, I can feel the aligners loosened up and ready for the next week. The hyperbyte is really amazing at alleviating any discomfort and as long as you follow the directions on when to switch Aligners (at nighttime before bed) and take a couple Tylenol or ibuprofen, it’s really bearable.
I will say the biggest adjustment, and perhaps a few positive things I wasn’t expecting to come out of using my aligners is that I am taking better care of brushing my teeth after every time I eat, it’s helped me develop a healthy habit of that, as well as drinking more water (it’s a pain to keep taking them in and out to drink anything other than water) and I also have stopped biting my nails!! (It’s impossible to bite them with the aligners in)
I already feel a sense of confidence wearing my aligners and I’m starting to smile a lot more with them in as they already make my teeth look better just by wearing them! I knew making this purchase would be the best investment I ever made and I am absolutely thrilled to see how my teeth look at the end of my treatment. 5 star rating all around. Thank you byte!!!

This was so easy compared to other alignment brands. I didn’t have to travel to some store to get a scan of my teeth, and I didn’t have to wait a month for someone to get back to me. They sent the impressions kit, I did my impression, I sent them back, and within a week I had my personalized treatment plan. They use super affordable financing options, which I appreciate as a college student. And my representative Kaylie was amazing! So polite and helpful, and it was so convenient to be able to communicate with her via text. All around, a super great company I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I have been super impressed with the customer service and turn around times with Byte. From the time I inquired about aligners the customer service team was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My impression kit arrived within a few days of ordering. I did have an issue with the trays being too big for my mouth, but as soon as I contacted customer service they sent a smaller set out which I also received within a couple of days. Once I took my impressions (which was pretty simple with the clear and easy instructions given) and stuck them in the mail, the rest of the process went quick! I had my aligners just two and a half weeks after Byte received my impressions. Was super happy given the expectation of 4-6 weeks! The aligners are easy to use, with minimum discomfort. I am doing the byte at night which I do think is probably much easier than trying to wear them all day. I’m ok with results taking a little longer just wearing them for 10-12 hours at night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to change their smile!! You can beat the price and customer service.

I have always been self conscious of my smile. As a youngster I had braces to correct my crooked teeth but the experience was fraught with food getting caught in my braces yielding infection and discomfort. The braces were removed prematurely and my teeth were not corrected. Once again at age twenty I had braces to correct my upper teeth and that worked well. The bottom teeth were also crooked but less critical to me and because I dreaded the thought of wearing “tinsel teeth” any more or any longer, I decided to live with this imperfection. Over the years and most recently in my later years my teeth have been shifting and they are returning to their original position and once again I am very self conscious.
When I learned of the “clear aligner” technology my hope returned. Could I really get a new smile that I could be proud of without the embarrassment of wearing metal braces? Well the answer is YES with Byte.
When I first learned of clear aligners, I began to research online. Among the many companies offering these aligners, I chose Byte based on the online reviews. When I spoke with my dentist they discouraged me from going with an online service and offered their in-office services for three times the price of Byte and for twice as long. I did not like their uppity attitude, so I pursued Byte.
My main concern would be that once they got my money their support would be non-existent, especially with the complications of the COVID pandemic. Well, once again I was delighted to find that Byte was very responsive. I purchased the molds which I received promptly within a week. Even though I started the ball rolling I was still tentative. The support team communicated with me by email and encouraged me to complete my molds.
With their encouragement, I completed my molds and returned them but I still was reticent to pay the full fee and order my aligners. All that changed when I spoke to my Personal Byte Advisor, Jessica. She contacted me and we spoke by phone and she was a charm. She set my concerns to rest as she shared her story. Jessica was not just a company rep selling a product but she was wearing Byte aligners too. After our discussion, I completed my order and received my kit promptly within three weeks. In only five months my new smile was predicted to be complete… much faster that the braces that my dentist/orthodontist had planned.
I am now in my fourth week of wearing my Byte aligners and my teeth are shifting. My new smile is becoming a reality. I went with the “night time” plan and it is a breeze. The work is done while I sleep; no embarrassing explanations required; and nobody even knows other than my wife. We are thrilled! I anticipate the remaining experience will be equally rewarding. Four weeks down and only sixteen to go!

I loved my Byte experience; they were so nice and fun to interact with. I can’t wait to finish my treatment plan. My advisor Jess was amazing and super responsive. They are fast and affordable. They have so many options and can work with almost anyone! You don’t have to be in Hollywood to have a smile that you feel confident with. That is what really set Byte apart. Jess really encouraged me to make sure I didn’t settle when I 1st got my treatment plan. I liked the plan that I got but Jess wanted me to LOVE it and she actually had the team make some changes and they re did my plan is less than 24 hours. I woke up the next morning with a revised plan that was absolutely perfect. Perfectly everything I was looking for. We don’t have to have “perfect” teeth, we are all human and perfectly different. The Byte team and Jess were very honest and realistic in what their aligners can do to change your teeth. They will tell you realistically what can and can’t be corrected. I personally have a cross bite and a few spaces, “gaps” between teeth but my cross bite is what I mainly wanted to correct. I asked about moving a few teeth closer and they explained that trying to move certain teeth would cause issues with my jaw. I loved that my main concern could be corrected and I was so happy with the outcome the minor spacing doesn’t even bother me anymore. I respect honesty and when customer care is placed above making a sale, selling a dream or telling people what they want to hear. I’m happy, feel safe, trusting, and confident in my Byte team!

My teeth have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. My parents weren’t able to afford braces for 3 kids so I went into my adulthood hating my teeth and never smiling fully in pictures. The thing that pushed me over the edge was when my teeth started crowding painfully on my bottom row. I decided to look into at home options for not only the pain but to hopefully get me feeling more confident. I looked at several options but Byte had such great reviews and great results so I decided to go for it. I was still skeptical but I decided to try. After only like 3 weeks, I started noticing a difference and the pain was GONE. I literally cried tears of joy over it. I am on week 8 out of 15 now and the results have been incredible to witness. My husband has seen the changes as well and has complimented me a lot. I am so incredibly grateful to Byte and their amazing team for this. I am so excited to see the end results!

Byte has exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the process so far! Requesting and receiving the impression kit was quick and easy. I was immediately contacted by a representative from Byte to help me through the impression process. The kit itself arrived quicker than the quoted time, and once I sent in the kit, my plan came back in less than a week. Again, I was in constant contact with a representative to help with any questions and walk me through my next steps. My decision to purchase the treatment plan was influenced as much by the expected results as it was by the excellent customer service I've had so far with the Byte team. I am now waiting for my aligners to come in, and I'm excited to start my journey with Byte!

I'm currently on the step 3/14 of my aligners, but I have loved the costumer service, since the beginning they were really helpful and even applied a discount to my purchase. Also they kept me informed at every step of the process from receiving my impression kit until I got my aligners. Both packages were really beautiful and came with a bunch of instructions and references to videos explaining how to proceed in each step. Talking about the actual aligners the first set was a bit painful, but once that you get use to it, the other sets sit comfortably. I can see and feel how my teeth are moving and I'm really excited to check my new smile

I had braces as a kid for years, and wore a retainer for many years after that, but over the years my teeth have shifted a ton. These aligners were the best solution to get my teeth back in line without having to see a dentist or go through the traditional braces process again. The aligners are very easy to deal with and usually very comfortable. I have had a few that have had rough areas that cut my tongue, but they're very easy to trim or file smooth as needed. I had some aches and tenderness the first week, but that goes away quickly and get easier and quicker to adjust to as the weeks go on. I'm already seeing progress 4 weeks in, so it just motivates me to keep going. I start getting excited for the next set a few days before my week is over.

Byte has been fairly easy! The impressions gave me a hard time the first round but they sent me a second set of impressions For free and they worked the second time. Customer service is good. My byte advisor answered all my questions pretty quick. The virtual smile is really cool Because you can see your smile after your treatment is done. Byte pay is really convenient but your required to pay for the insurance, and you can’t apply any discounts if you use byte pay.bsi you’re paying a lot more with byte pay. But if you have bad credit they approve 100% of people. So far the whole thing has been pretty simple. Hopefully my aligners come fast!

I have been wanting to straighten my teeth for years now and have done tons of research to find the right fit for me. After looking side by side to Byte's competitors many factors made me choice them. I was impressed with their customer service, and speedy response time. The impression process was easy and stress free knowing that my advisor was a quick phone call away. I cant wait for my aligners to come so I could start seeing the results. Another thing that made me choose Byte was the BrightByte and the HyperByte came free making sure that my teeth are not only straight but whiter as well. I was so impressed I convinced my sister in-law to get Byte as well.

My experience with Byte up to this point (I’m on week 8/10) has been great! I used the pay in full option to save a couple hundred dollars and they even offer a student discount which saved me an additional $150! (I even put this on my credit card to double up on rewards points too!) The one thing I will say is, do your homework. Read ALL the FAQS and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into and what to expect and that that fits what you’re looking for before getting started. Do the research first so you’re prepared to ask questions when the time comes and you know what questions YOU need answered to fit your specific need. Other than that, my smile looks amazing and once I figured out exactly who to contact for customer service, the service has been great! Definitely recommend!

I heard about Byte on Instagram while, coincidentally, thinking about traditional braces. I became interested in this treatment for two reasons: first, the idea of wearing braces for 1 to 2 years seemed daunting and second, life had already began to change due to the pandemic and I wasn’t sure how I’d be able to start and continue any orthodontic treatment. I decided to call Byte and get treatment started. Within one month, I had received my aligners and now I’m almost done with treatment and I could not be happier. I have been very satisfied with not only my treatment, but also with customer service and how easy it has been to make my payments. I would highly recommend Byte to any of my friends.

I did pretty extensive research upon choosing Byte. I actually used to work in the dental field, where a competitor is often recommended. I took many things into consideration and was thoroughly impressed with Byte. My current circumstances do not allow me to make all the visits required to a dental office (I also know this because my daughter has traditional braces on as we speak), so I needed an at-home option. From the initial box for impressions to the online treatment plan, I was literally blown away by the quality of not only the products sent to me but the VERY cool 360° interactive visuals of my teeth/mouth & what my expected outcome is. I was told decades ago I would never be a candidate for something like this (mind you my teeth aren’t THAT bad) and the dentist for years tried to sell me on metal braces which I did NOT want!
I completed the online eval survey & impression kit & found I was a perfect candidate for this. Not because they told me so, so I believed them.. but also because a dentist I trust these days also told me I would be a perfect candidate for the in-office version similar to Byte.
Byte customer service has been extremely responsive & friendly thus far! While I am only into week 3 of 15 in my treatment, I expect similar experiences and look forward to sharing my outcome with the world!

So far, I am about 8.5 weeks into my 15 week treatment and already my teeth are noticeably straighter and whiter! I am doing the Byte at Night version, so this is with just wearing them for about 10+ hours and using the hyperbyte with the bright byte foam. While I won't say there's no discomfort, it's very minimal and only when just starting on a new aligner set. The support team has been very nice, helpful and responsive whenever I have questions. It is a little more expensive than other brands but I overall think it's worth it for the support and included hyperbyte. I would totally recommend Byte to anyone looking to upgrade their smile!

I had the greatest customer service experience with Byte company. I somehow got my package stolen in my front door and I emailed them about it, and they didn't hesitate to send me a $75 worth of products for free. The lady that I was emailing back and forth was super duper nice and answers my emails like RIGHT away. And even all the people who've been helping me through the beginning of my experience, such as getting the treatment, consultation, etc. There were many similar companies who offers aligners and same service, and I am so glad that I did my research and chose Byte over the others. Overall, I'm so happy! I'm on my 11th week, and my friends been noticing the difference in my smile. I can't wait for my final results. Thank you guys so much! 🥰

So far I have been very happy with Byte. They make everything easy. I had no problem producing 4 good dental impressions and uploading the required photos. They have excellent communication during the approval process, and provide a step-by-step 3-D rotatable view of your treatment so that you can see the end result before signing up. I am doing Night Byte and find that process very easy and convenient. Their customer service is top-notch and there are no long wait times to reach a representative. I also like the fact that you can schedule time to speak to an Orthodontist or Clinician if you have in-depth questions. I am on my second set of aligners and see small improvement already. I experience very little pain and I think the Hyperbyte device is instrumental there. I am looking forward to a great smile in a few short months and I like the peace of mind that comes with the lifetime smile guarantee. You can't beat that!

Had braces when I was younger and never wore my retainer. Years later, I’ve been pretty insecure about how my teeth have shifted. Byte offered such a competitive price and the reviews were amazing, so I went with them. I’m SO glad I did! My dad went with a different aligner company at the same time as me and his treatment was twice the length mine was, and he also complained about how his teeth hurt all the time. The HyperByte is amazing and is really a game changer, my teeth may hurt for a bit after the first day or two of switching aligners, and then they’re completely fine. Thank you so much Byte for giving me a smile I’m confident in!

I've been wanting to straighten my teeth for years, but as an adult I didn't want to wear permanent braces. I was also put off by the cost. After discovering Byte I thought I'd investigate further. The quality of service is first rate. I ordered impressions which arrived quickly. Making the impressions of my teeth was easy, as was the process to return them to Byte, and then my plan was sent to me soon after. My personal Byte advisor is very helpful, and always responds to my questions promptly. Now my aligners are being made, and I'm excited to be finally moving towards my goal of having straight teeth!

I am so happy with my experience so far with Byte! Jackson, my dedicated adviser, answered my questions every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. I have done ortho treatments in the past, but this process has been the easiest ever! The instructions for the molds are very easy to follow. I didn’t even have to leave my house which is important during Covid times. Jackson and everyone else at the customer experience center are truly great! They respond so quick and even help you figure out coverage with your insurance company and help find the best payment plan option for you. I would absolutely recommend this service and I cannot wait to start my treatment and flash my new smile :) Thank you again to Jackson and everyone at Byte! You guys rock!!

I am a huge Byte fan. Your smile is the first impression you give to the world and it is so important. My smile started to get a bit crowded both on the top and the bottom and it really bothered me. I saw the imperfections in every picture. I loved the fact that Byte could be done at home and while I sleep. I could correct my teeth and not worry about getting food caught in my braces or upcoming special events. Just take the alingers out!!! The support staff has checked on me throughout the process, answered all of my questions or concerns and when I needed to trouble shoot, I got just what I hoped for. Thank you Byte for bringing my smile back.

I never thought I’d be someone interested in aligners, but noticed a gap in my teeth was becoming more pronounced as I grew older. My adult son had researched aligners for years and decided they were too cost prohibitive for him.
When I discovered BYTE I was thrilled to find a straight forward, effective process that straightened my teeth and closed a bothersome gap in my smile, but didn’t break the bank. I recommend Byte to anyone interested in correcting their crooked teeth - in fact, I recommended to my son who is now a Byte customer!
If you want to fix your crooked smile, you can trust Byte. I did and I’m not sorry.

I'm incredibly happy choosing Byte to straighten my smile. Each week I see the gaps close and it's amazing how fast it's happening. There has been no negative affect on my overall bite which was a big point for me choosing aligners. Pictures of customers using other aligners often showed their teeth sitting right on the edges of each other and that looked uncomfortable. I've been able to keep my natural, slight overbite and my teeth are sitting comfortably.
The night time aligners are made well and have fit perfectly almost every week. Once you get used to putting in the aligners each week it really becomes routine. The pain is minimal and doesn't last long. The overall discomfort seems to ladt only a couple of days and is proof to me that my teeth are moving like they should.
Bright byte and Hyberbyte are essential, work great, and should be used as suggested.
I'm overall amazed with Byte and would recommend ot to anyone trying to straighten their smile at less than half the cost of invisalign.

Byte is a very unique service. It offers quick results by guaranteeing the smile you want sooner and in a more flattering way. I chose Byte on a whim and I do not regret it! I smile a lot more! I was, however, thrown off by the fact that I have to wear a retainer but that's only while I sleep! The whitening foam works AND is tasty, not bitter. The aligners may be tight but that's only to shift the teeth to where they need to go. The aligners eventually loosen up once the teeth are where they need to be for that week. In the box, there are little packets neatly placed in order! I loved that! There is also a case to hold your aligners/retainers because YOU MAY LOSE THEM IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL! They are clear. Never just leave them anywhere. But all in all, 10/10...would recommended.

So far my byte journey has been great, I’m closing a gap in my front teeth I’ve been insecure about for some time now! I’m starting week 8 which is the final set for my top & I have 6 more weeks on my bottom set. My front gap is almost invisible now & completely invisible while wearing the aligners (they are like a real life filter for your teeth btw) I have a few small concerns with a small space that isn’t closed on the side of my upper teeth which should be but I’m not too worried because I was told if my finished results are not as promised by Byte they will send me more aligners to correct any flaws I may encounter :) I cannot comment too much about the customer service yet I’m sure I’ll get a better idea once I reach out about my refinements but as of right now I’ve only talked to customer service when I’ve personally contacted them myself otherwise I haven’t had anyone reach out to me.. I can’t comment much though because I haven’t had any issues with treatment until now so we shall see :) I’ll update my review in the future after I see how this refinement process goes I’ve read a lot of good but mostly bad about the refinement stage so I’m hoping for the best!

I did a lot of research on the right company to choose for mail in retainers. I'm so glad we did because Byte was the perfect choice. I used to hide my smile, but now I have the confidence I've been looking for. Not only are my results exactly what I was looking for but the Byte team is so driven to provide amazing customer service. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were right there to answer my questions and fix any issues. They are REAL people taking care of you, REAL people that care about you and your results. I never once regretted my decision to choose Byte. They are affordable too, so what more could you ask for! If you're looking for mail in retainers, Byte is the answer!

I have to admit that I was initially a little skeptical about trying a system that had zero in-person evaluations and promised such quick results (as I think a lot of people are!) However, my skepticism was shot down pretty quickly as I began to see results within WEEKS. The compliments started rolling in immediately and I started to get overly excited every Friday when it was time to switch to my new set of trays! I took some pre-byte pictures of my smile and honestly I'm still so shocked to see the continuing difference. I'm only halfway through my journey and my confidence has already skyrocketed. I can't recommend Byte enough, my confidence is worth every penny!

Would recommend to a friend and already did! I was a bit nervous about using aligners and no consulting my dentist. Needless to say that I am really pleased with the results so far and the overall experience with BYTE. Process to receive aligners was faster than expected. Aligners fit perfectly and don't hurt (of course you have the 'pressure' feeling on your teeth for about a day but that is normal). They are also practically invisible when worn. BYTE has been a delight to deal with: they check on you regularly and, most importantly, get everything ready to fill the claim with the dental insurance. BYTE is a safe and quality option!

I purchased impression kits from every company offering aligners to compare their digital plans and choose the best. I tries Candid, Smile Direct Club, invisilign visit, and Byteme. Only Byte team was the best in every part of the process. They re adjusted and re-made their plan 2-3 times based on my wants and desires. I am soooo happy. Their customer service is amazing every step of the way! Super fast resposes, super professional. They make you comfortable, feel appreciated, and satistied. I am waiting for actual aligners to come in and start my process. I am sure it will be amazing and I will reach my results

The service was way more interactive and helpful than what I expected it to be. 100% remote support and there is always an associate assigned to you for any questions that I may have along the way. The responses have been very prompt from the support. The kit I received was very easy to follow, the How To videos made it even easier to perform the steps and get the teeth and gum impressions back to Byte. Quicker turnaround that what I expected from Byte, they reached back to me with my current state and future state smile comparison and I made the payment over the phone (split the payment between HSA and the Credit Card). Super helpful so far... Waiting for the aligners to arrive so I can begin treatment.

My experience with byte was phenomenal. 10/10 in my opinion. From fast delivery to fast results! After the 1st week of wearing byte aligners i had notice a difference in my teeth. What made my byte journey more east & enjoyable was a Whitening spray that not only helps cleans your aligners but also whitens you’re teeth!! But wait! There’s more!! Haha , a device was also included that helps speeds up the process. Cutting my result time in 1/2 making it more fast. Simply by just using the device for ONLY 5mins each day. If I had to say what I dislike it would be : My 1st time around wearing my 1st set aligners I had a lisp, yikes! But came to realize that’s normal for a few days until your teeth gets shifted right within the aligners. My confidence level hit an all time high with byte . Honestly could say byte helped changed my life! :,)

I had questions up front and the team at Byte got back to my right away. I appreciate that. I chose to do the night only program and I'm glad I did. I'm in week 11 and I'm right on schedule with my teeth as the plan showed. The instructions were simple to understand. My regular dental checkup was aces and I'm glad I finally ordered these to move a couple teeth back where they belong that was affecting the quality of my smile. In the process other teeth are straightening as well. Looking forward to the end result. I would recommend anyone that wants to straighten their teeth use this company. I researched a lot up front and I've made the right choice.

From the beginning, everything was simple, easy and fast. My impressions came pretty fast and once I mailed by impression, they received it super fast. I got my results in less than a week! I liked how Byte showed my treatment plan and showed me various angles of what my new smile would look like. But I wished in my treatment plan, it would tell me how long my treatment would be instead of asking my advisor how long it would take. Other than that, my whole experience was great. Also, advisors are super friendly. I ask a lot of questions and all the advisor were super patient and answer each of my question. Great customer service so far!

I have seen wonderful results and am currently on my week 11 aligners. I had very bad crowding and overbite on my top teeth and a few teeth on the bottom that needed love. I started seeing a difference a few weeks ago and now I am on the road to having a new smile with completely straight teeth! I love the whitener and breath refresher bright byte. My friends and family have commented about how white my teeth look. I did not give up coffee but I am diligent about flossing, brushing and using my bright byte foam in my aligners. I cannot wait to see how my smile will look when I am done! Byte is awesome and I recommend it!

Byte have been amazing since my first enquiry. The impression kit was easy and stress free. Once they sent my virtual before and after images I knew I had come to the right place. I was assigned a byte advisor Sabrina, who was always quick and understanding with response to my emails. I felt safe and assured that I had chosen the right company after a lot of research into other options.
My retainers arrived within 2 weeks and after 3 weeks of using byte at night my teeth are already so much straighter and whiter!!...thanks to the whitening foam included with the kit.
I have been telling anyone who will listen how amazing the process with byte has been so far. I'm so excited for my end result!

I've been interested in aligners for a while now so I took some time researching options. Many online reviews and forums suggested Byte so I decided to jump in.
I made a great decision. After I ordered my mold kit, I quickly received an email and a text with instructions letting me know when I could expect the kit. Kit came in 2 days as advertised and I got a text asking whether everything was fine with the package!
The mold instructions were very clear, making the process easy. I sent the kit in and waited for the progression plan. All the reps were really reinsuring regarding the process. After I paid, I believe I received my aligners in a little over 2 weeks - record time!
I'm currently on week 3 of 14 of the aligners and all is well. First 2 days hurt like hell, but no pain, no gain! Can't wait to see how I look at the end.

What a great experience so far (4 weeks in), I've started right away with great customer service, whom all kept in contact from even before the day of purchase (molds). Even after receiving the kit, the team kept me updated with procedures and how to use the aligners correctly with recommended practices. I'd opted in getting the night time aligners due to the fact that my job requires me to actively communicate with my team members, unfortunately I was laid off due to the impact of COVID-19, but Byte customer service reassure to me that I was able to wear these aligners even more than 10+ hours, which I find that it fits snugly, comfortably and the convenience here is undervalued, all I need is 10+ hours. I actually enjoy wearing them. So far my experience have been great, don't be embarrass about your smile, be embarrass you didn't act right away!
What do you like about the company?
Great customer service, actively keeping in contact, repsond promptly and laid out the steps needed to self-care without the dentist.
What do yo dislike the most?
Besides the aligner box, it's rather small to keep the aligners in, it should have a separate spot for top and bottom aligners. Also I'm not really sure how well my progress is, I have been taking weekly photos myself, but there should be a way to see if we are on the right track i.e. progress reports; suggestion maybe, have users, each quarter of the total duration, take a snapshot of the alignments so far with another mold of our teeth and send that in; unless Byte have virtual visits that I am unaware of, but that would be great.
