byte

I was debating between either Byte or smile direct. So I started to do some more research, of course I ended up with Byte. I picked them because I saw that they were offering the hyper byte which speeds up the process as well as soothe some of the pain you might have while wearing the aligners since your teeth are starting to move around where they are supposed to. (I saw a YouTube video of that) Also they have the whitening substance they send to you as well which is great, so you can whiten your teeth and also straighten them at the same time! So once I ordered the impression kit, Brandon was the one that reached out to me and assisted me. He was great, responded pretty quick and always offered assistance if it was needed. I think its a great company and I want to thank them for helping me make this decision a dream come true.

I will start off by stating this is an excellent company. From their sales department to product quality to customer service, Byte really has met my expectations. I started the process after Black Friday 19' ($20 promotion for impression kit) and never took the time to complete the impressions. A customer service rep followed up without being invasive or pushy, after which I completed the impressions. Again after receiving the treatment plan, I held off on purchasing due to personal reasons and a rep reached out twice without being over done on the sales pitch. The second call was to ensure everything was okay and even encouraged me to take advantage of the current promotion ($100 off w/ free Snow Teeth Whitening). I appreciated they reached out with something to make the offer better versus pestering me to just buy their product. After making the purchase, it took about 6 weeks for the aligners to arrive. The first week was not painful at all and by the third week I decided to trying changing aligners before the 7 day recommendation (I felt no difference of changing on 7 days or 5 days). I reached out to the rep who contacted me regarding any questions or concerns I may have had, then requested for a dentist's opinion on the effects of switching aligners early. The response was done very quickly and the dentist even reached out to me personally (asked for new images of current teeth with and without aligners) to ensure my plan would not effect me negatively. The dentist approved switching every 5 days and no earlier than 4 days and confirmed that some individuals' teeth move faster and this plan would not be recommended for everybody. However, they agreed that no significant or permanent damage could occur and I turned my 21 week treatment to 14 weeks! Every interaction has been very pleasant and quick in response, both from the doctors and the customer service reps. A friend decided to get traditional braces (on the same timeline) and he will not get them off for over a year.. and cannot get adjustments due to COVID 19.. so it will be even longer! I am so glad I went with Byte, I have not even had a single person ask if I have aligners as no one in my office has even noticed! If you are an adult, do NOT go with the traditional way of braces. This process has been extremely easy to include the comfort of switching aligners, to keeping them clean with BrightByte (works super well), and working with customer service for any questions. If you're on the fence, just do it! You'll be glad you did

Thank you Byte for providing an easy at home system to help straighten my teeth! My treatment plan was 15 weeks, they send all of your aligners to you at one time, and you change them out every week, while there is sometimes a slight discomfort when changing aligners; it is so worth it!! You will be amazed at the transformation in such a short amount of time! Also I’m sure the discomfort level is way less than braces!! It is definitely more cost effective than braces to be sure! Customer service reps were always prompt with their responses if I ever had any questions, thank you Byte for making me even more confident with my smile!

I’ve thought about how to start this review a million times and honestly, I think you just need to hear the facts. Byte is easy, efficient, has a quicker turn around and results than other options out there and is affordable whether you have an HSA or use one of their payment plans. If you’re looking for a straighter smile at an affordable price with little to no hassle LOOK NO MORE! Byte is your guy. If you want to know more about my experience so far, scroll down. If not, enjoy your straighter whiter teeth. I had been looking into teeth straightening options for a while but couldn’t decide on one that made total sense (factoring in time, money, effort etc). Until big brother through up a Byte add on my social media feed. Naturally, I clicked to check them out and I’m now so glad I did. Currently on my 4th out of 7-week 24/7 treatment plan. My process was as follows: - I filled out my information (60 seconds) for Byte to send me the impression kits. I then created a Byte account so I could upload pictures of my teeth/answer other pertinent health questions and communicate with a Byte team member. EASY. - Once I got the impression kits, I made the molds of my teeth and returned them to Byte. EASY. - I then uploaded pictures of my teeth onto my account profile so once they received my molds, they would have all the information to decipher if I was a candidate for Byte or not. EASY. - Once the decision was made that they were able to fix my jacked-up grill, a team member reached out to talk plan options. I have an HSA and was able to get started that way, but they have multiple options for every situation if you decide to BYTE. (I will say this was the least expensive option for me out there). EASY. - I received my aligners (Paid for my plan, 5 weeks later I received my aligners) and was super impressed by their packaging… not just because it was pretty/color coordinated but because it was efficient and EASY to learn and follow my plan. The instructions are to the point and very clear. - Each part of this process has been…yep, you guessed it, EASY. Including the actual treatment, my mouth hates me, but I know it’ll be worth it. Mainly because of the team behind Byte. They were there every step of the way, never pushy, always helpful. They’ve always responded in a timely matter. There is so much more I didn’t cover so go check them out! It will not be a waste of time. I would and have recommended Byte to family members and friends.

I began exploring byte on March 9th, and got all of the treatment tools on April 14th. Once I received the equipment, a byte advisor reached out to me to see if she could help. I did have a few questions and an advisor got back to me inside of two hours. I started treatment immediately and I felt a lot of pressure but no pain. By the next morning, my teeth began shifting. It wasn't terribly noticeable but to me. I'm on day four of the first week, and so far. I'm kinda enjoying the whole process. Of the two payments options, I used byte financing. It was super easy to set up. It's important to note that you will pay a serious interest rate. I've shuffled things around, so I can pay it faster. All in all, go for it! You'll be pleased. I

I'm so glad I came across Byte. It's so affordable. Customer support was quick to respond with my million questions before I got started. My impression kit came really fast and they give you two chances to get it right. I didn't think I did good on my impressions but I was ecstatic to found out they were approved and getting looked over!! Shout-out to my advisor Lilly who has been so helpful. Love her personality. I'm only on week one right now but I can already see a difference! My husband even tells me my smile is whiter so the brightbyte is awesome! Some discomfort the first few days but that tells me it's working. Thank you Byte!

I've been searching everywhere for affordable aligners and the reviews for Smile Direct Club were not good, when I heard about Byte, I was still skeptical, but the customer service is crazy good and they are always on top of their game. They answered every question I had and if they didn't know the answer, they were honest but informed me that they would find the answer for me in less than twenty four hours. My byte advisor, Dan, was so helpful in everything in regards of insurance and making sure I was doing everything correctly. The impressions kit was so easy to do because the instructions were so thorough. I can't wait to see the end results of this!

First off let me start by saying I really appreciate byte for taking and my case and approving it as well...from sending the kit out with priority mail and video instructions on how apply the molding process...for those who financial situation are not up to par byte has several was to have you financed and it very helpful for those who seek these terms...a member kept in contact with me via text on arrival of the kit and with any questions I had...my case seemed severe to me in my eyes but with their orthodontic crew they've showed me that it was possible to be treated...I tried smiled direct a year ago did the visit and was told my case wasn't something they could handle I gave up on the aligners and was considering braces...doing my research helped me find byte...I'm currently waiting for aligners now so again thank you and the byte team LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN!!!

My experience with Byte has been great. I went with this company because they had so many positive reviews and also because of the Hyperbyte technology they offer. From day one of ordering the kid I felt supported by customer service. I got an email checking to make sure I received the kit and if I needed help. I have also received emails from my treatment specialist checking in on me. The aligners themselves have been issue free for me. The fit is great and I can use the hyperbyte for any discomfort. I also love the whitening foam that comes with them. I have repurchased because it is so helpful to keep my aligners clean. I am not done with treatment yet, but have seen noticeable results, and would recommend this to anyone on the fence about aligners! I really think this company is great!

I have just purchased my aligner treatment plan and I’m so excited! The whole process has been extremely easy thus far, with the added convenience of doing everything from home. I had some questions when my treatment plan first rolled out, and customer service was so prompt and helpful to make the needed changes in order for my plan to be corrected. I’ve been incredibly pleased with my customer service advisor and how quick the response time has been. My treatment plan is 18 weeks long, which is much shorter than I expected, and the price is excellent. So far I’m very happy that I chose Byte!

After paying off all my student debt, I decided to reward myself with something I'd been thinking about for a long time: fixing my post-teen-braces, slightly crooked teeth (yes, I know I should have worn my retainers...). I don't necessarily care about cosmetics since my smile is already pretty straight; I just wanted to straighten them out perfectly so it's easier to floss and keep my teeth clean. -- GETTING STARTED: After reading TONS of reviews on Byte, Candid, Smile Direct, and Invisalign, I decided to go with Byte because they actually focus on fixing your bite structure, instead of just straightening teeth. I went in with a lot of hesitation due to poor reviews on their customer service. But I figured I'm a pretty persistent individual and promised myself to not let things slide. I received my Byte impression kit quickly. The at-home impressions sucked, and it felt like ripping cement off of my teeth every time. Luckily they came out pretty well and I got my digital plan quickly. My rep (Lilly) was super communicative in the beginning, and walked me through the whole thing when I had questions. -- PURCHASING: When I signed up for the plan I was under the impression I would be wearing both top & bottom aligners, according to my digital plan. It took about 2 months to receive them in the mail. Initially, it looked like they had forgotten the top aligners since only the bottom aligners were in my order. I reached out by email to ask if this was a processing mistake. It took a few days for them to look into the issue, and then they informed me that my plan only required bottom aligners; my top teeth are apparently perfect which is very rare. They said my top teeth would naturally adjust since my bottom teeth really do not have a lot of moving to do (I'm mostly dealing with a few slightly overlapping teeth in the front). I do wish they had communicated that sooner, since I did technically sign up for something misleading. It wasn't a huge deal (it was actually good news in my mind), but basically they changed my plan without notifying me after I paid. Unfortunately you cannot get a discount for a treatment plan with only a half-set of aligners, so I still had to pay full price.... although they were super nice about it & upgraded me to BrightByte Pro for free, and offered to create/send me the top aligners even though they wouldn't change my teeth. They also sent me the a free set of the full (top and bottom) retainers for wearing at night after my treatment is complete, since only the bottom one arrived in the original shipment. -- TREATMENT: It has been about 5 weeks in so far, and I'm actually glad my plan only requires bottom aligners because they are a lot less noticeable than a full set. My bite still feels normal, and my top teeth still align with my bottom teeth well. I have not had any issues with sharp or misfitting aligners (yet), and they haven't been too uncomfortable. The vibrating Hyperbyte surprisingly helps with the pain, which I really only experience the first day when switching to the next aligner. -- CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service has been better than I thought (except for a few small hiccups in the beginning). In my experience, a phonecall is the best way to reach them/discuss issues since a few customer service emails I received were quite vague. Additionally, I went with the "split-it" credit card payment plan since I liked that there is no interest. It's been very easy and the payments have been correct every time, plus I get additional rewards on my credit card. -- OVERALL: I would give a 4.7/5 for customer service, and 5/5 for the ease of treatment. I would give a 3/5 for price though, since I still had to pay full price for only half a set of aligners. I would recommend using Byte for fixing small cosmetic/bite issues! -- BONUS: I just learned that Byte is the only aligner company with recycle-able aligners! You can save your used aligners, then mail them to their facility for recycling so they don't end up in a landfill. LOVE this eco-friendly mission of their brand!!

It has been a seamless process from the start. I can see my plan, view all the information that's broken into steps, and update anything as needed. Plus, the FabFitFun discount was a great perk! All communication with every team member at Byte has been excellent. Even the directions, reminders, and follow-up emails. I am feeling much more relaxed about this type of orthodontic process than I ever was as a kid -- braces, pallet expander, retainers -- the worst. It's affordable and you never need to go do in-person meet and greets. Virtually connecting is the best bet, especially with a pandemic. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough about this entire process! From taking the impressions, setting up an easy payment schedule to the quick change in my smile! I’m on week 11 and I feel so much better about my smile already. My bite wasn’t lined up and I had a big gap between my front teeth and on the bottom teeth too. In 4 weeks my top teeth will be complete and my self confidence will change. My bottom teeth need more work, but it won’t be long. If I knew this was how easy and amazing this process was going to be, I would have done it so much earlier! The only thing I had to get used to was sleeping with them in, which didn’t last long and in the big picture not a big deal. If you have been thinking about trying this, don’t hesitate anymore!

I had Invisalign in the past but it didn't take. I knew how much of a hassle it was to get my impressions and all the orthodontists appointments I had to go through for Invisalign. So I was a little skeptical of a company offering a do it yourself no appointments kit. I have to say that I am glad I chose Byte. The kit came within 2 days. Plenty of instructions and videos to make sure your impressions come out right. Sent my kit back and within 3 weeks of purchasing the aligners, I had a full set of 17 weeks of aligners sent to my house. Super easy to use. I am 7 weeks in and I can already see such a difference. Also it only cost 1/3rd of Invisalign. If you are on the fence, I would take the jump and give Byte a try. Great company and amazing customer service.

The whole intake process was professional, well-guided and easy. The products and directions are beautifully packaged and instructions are very clear. The “transformation” video gave me a good idea of what the progression of change would look like as treatment went on, so I knew what to expect. My particular aligners needed some trimming and filing each week in order for them to fit without rubbing in spots- but I got the hang of that after a while and they became pretty comfortable. Now with just 3 weeks remaining in my treatment, my teeth are where I had hoped they would be and I’m impressed that it has happened so fast and without the endless trips to an orthodontist. Very pleased.

My experience is still in the beginning stages. I am on the second week with my treatment program. I can certainly tell my teeth are going through a transformation. It is not painful. In fact each week I am looking forward to advancing into increasingly progressive adjustments made by the aligners. What starts out as a tight fit at the beginning of the week is a pretty comfortable one at the end. It is motivational to see the progress on the Treatment Viewer provided for my specific program. My wife and I chose Byte over other competitors based upon customers' reviews. To date, I can confirm their services are very customer oriented, friendly and helpful. They stand ever ready to make it a positive experience. The other most compelling feature of their offering is the HyperByte device. It helps relieve some of the tightness of your teeth as they slowly move toward the desired alignment. And best of all, they shorten the time to get the completed result! The company warranty to maintain our alignment is also better than the competition. So far, very good!

After shuffling through a few different companies, Byte seemed to be one of only a handful that actually used licensed orthodontists to prescribe the treatment plans - which was important to me. So thankful I decided to go with them! I was really skeptical of this whole thing at first, but they reassured me that I was in good hands and seem to really care unlike other companies. I noticed a gap in my teeth in the 3D mock up of the treatment plan they sent. I asked my advisor about it, and she had it corrected within an hour. This added a couple weeks onto my treatment, but that's the price you pay. The aligners themselves took a good month for me to get used to, but now it's just another part of my daily routine. I'm on week 8 of 24 and loving the results already! Highly Recommend!

There is nothing to dislike about Byte and I would give them 10 STARS if I could. Thank you so much to the team at byte and especially Lilly A.! My journey started off with wanting an at-home solution to straighten and whiten my teeth. This process is very emotional for me because I am in the first year of grieving the loss of my dad. I will be publishing a book in May 2020 that is based on true deep thoughts and actions during my life story. Starting from when I was born and the struggles I have faced while battling mental illnesses for almost 20 years. Soon after publishing, I will start my book tour which is the reason I NEEDED a new smile. Also, I have a 15-month-old, which does not leave me much time to take care of my teeth and go to an office. I knew I would be able to get my confidence back with byte and I am so blessed I had Lilly to help me over the phone. She is a soul sister to me and I knew God put me on this path to speak with her. I was trying to set up a payment plan that worked best for me and I had to 3-way call a man who has helped me so much over the years. My grandfather stepped in the cosign for me so that I could start this process as soon as possible. Lilly did such an amazing job with her customer service when my grandfather was having trouble hearing her. I made my down payment and now I am here writing a review. YOU CAN DO THIS! Byte into 2020 with a new smile!!!! Thank you so much, Nikki A. B. Clark

Byte was less than half the cost of what my local orthodontist was going to charge to fix my lower teeth. It is much less painful than the traditional braces I had in middle school. No bleeding, no hassle, and no pesky appointments requiring me to take time off work. I am halfway through my treatment and couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service team is friendly, proactive, and always willing to help answer my questions. I have recommended it to my friends and family. I have seen other friends use similar services but none rave about them the way I do about Byte. My New Years resolution is to have a smile I don’t want to hide. Safe to say, this year’s resolution will be met.

I tried SDC and failed with it because their customer service was terrible and the retainers were so thick, painful and the treatment was over a year to complete. After three years, I decided to try again but this time I tried Byte. I picked them mostly because I saw I could get a straight smile in 11 weeks. I am so far beyond impressed with Byte. My treatment plan is 11 weeks, I am able to talk with these retainers in (they are thinner), the discomfort isn't too bad and their customer service has been amazing! Their packaging is above and beyond and they offer great products to go along with your treatment plan such as whiting supplies, hyperbyte and more. I never once had a difficult experience with byte and I am beyond impressed and pleased. They make me feel like I am not doing this alone.

I love byte ! It’s been easy from the beginning . They send you all the aligners you need after you finish your molds. Then you wear them. I have never done this or had braces so the only thing I was worried about was how my teeth would feel and react to the faster than usual correction . The hyperbyte helps with this “ache” the first day or two of wearing a new set every week. It doesn’t hurt at all ! I have straight teeth now in less than 12 weeks ! All of this depends on how much you need to correct , but I recommend byte to anyone with minor to moderate crowding and spacing. plus no back and forth to the orthodontist. Yay!

I recommend Byte to anyone who is considering clear aligners. The customer service is great and very responsive to questions. The process is simple, once you send in your impression kit your aligners arrive within a couple weeks. I have been able to switch them out weekly as advertised and am about 2/3 of the way through my treatment plan. It has gone by so much faster than I expected and really doesn't come at a hassle. I am extremely happy with my results and can't wait to see the final 'product,' My only regret is that I didn't do is sooner.. Seriously if you are considering a clear aligner treatment plan chose Byte!

This is my second review of Byte; And I still love these aligners. I still still have a couple months to go but my teeth have shown great improvements. This all happened without pain and extremely little discomfort. The discomfort only last the first day when you switch them to a new set and like I say it is basically just knowing they feel a little tighter. I'm loving that I can already smile and laugh even when my aligners are not being worn. The payments I'm making for getting my confidence back is small enough I don't hardly notice. I love that there are dentist you can talk to if you need any questions answered. All in all I have not had a moment when I questioned why I did this or why I chose this company. Byte is great! They really are there for you every step of the way.

I absolutely love Byte! I am on my 7th week and I have no complaints whatsoever. I can see a tremendous difference, especially with the BrightByte cleaning, freshening and whitening foam. My teeth are sparkling! Their customer service is prompt, kind and thorough. It's an emailer's dream to have great correspondence. They make sure all of your questions are answered and even follow up with you! The quick delivery of your items has made this process even better. I was so surprised to have received my kit in less than 3 weeks. I look forward to the rest of my Byte journey and eager to see my end result!

I have never had the best luck with my teeth. I have had teeth removed, retainers for years, then braces for years. After awhile my teeth began to crowd. I researched a lot of companies and ultimately went with Byte. After my initial 12 weeks, I thought I might need some more adjustments. They sent me a new impression kit and another 12 weeks of retainers. My teeth moved flawlessly throughout this process (thanks to hyperbyte). Their customer service is beyond amazing, and they make you feel like part of the family. They care that your teeth are looking perfect and will correct any issue no matter what. I am so grateful to be able to go into my sisters wedding feeling confident in my smile and knowing that this is a lifetime guarantee.

Byte has really helped me with the insecurities of my teeth. I am on my 12 aligners set and they have a worked diligently to ensure I get the perfect smile. Byte has been extremely helpful to me in my journey to achieve the perfect smile! For a long time, I had issues with crowding in my bottom teeth. Through my treatment process, I expressed some concerns with the tracking of the aligners to my teeth and byte customer service worked diligently to help fix the issues I was having with my teeth. They check in with my process and address any concerns I have with a very quick response without ever having to do to the dentist! Affordable, Quick and Legit. Byte is it!

Byte has been an incredible experience and I can't wait to share the final results in a few months! So many of their competitors turned me down because my case is a little more complex, but Byte didn't hesitate at offering me a smile that I have always dreamed of. I've struggled with an embarrassing smile my entire life and I am so grateful to have found a company that can help me achieve a smile to be proud of. Their team is extremely helpful/responsive and everyone I've spoken with has been a complete delight, especially Alex, Nicole, Irene, and Shahyan :-) There simply are not enough words for me to describe how highly I would recommend working with Byte!

I have picked this company to straighten my teeth after doing some good research on the different aligner companies. I think Byteme offers the most innovative technique. They have told me my teeth will get straight in just 18 weeks. Other companies say 6-9 months! If I have to have this in my mouth, I want them out as quickly as possible. Up to this point, my experience with this company is stellar. Customer service reps are very responsive, delivery for my impression kit came immediately and the response back was just as fast. I can’t wait to get started and should receive my aligners in 3weeks time!!

My 3rd week with my aligners and I’m very happy that they fit well. The first week was tough because my teeth is not used to it. I felt a little pain because they are tight which is normal coz its what supposed to do so that your teeth will move and the hyperbyte helps with the pain. But after 4-5day you will get used to it. The only thing I hate is that My routine became longer like flossing, brushing then i have to brush the aligners too lol like im brushing 2x morning and night. And removing the aligners when you eat and drink lol you dont wanna stain your aligners. But for the sake of straighter and whiter teeth we have to do it! But so far i think they are still better with dental braces!

So far, my Byte experience has been great. I first heard of Byte at the end of 2018. They were a fairly new company, so I hesitated. The summer of 2019 I was able to find more customer reviews and the Byte information was increasing. Byte has great resources to help walk you through the whole process of impressions. Customer service is helpful and not pushy. The patient portal is full of helpful information and includes the graphics of my treatment plan. My treatment plan includes 22 trays. Only 15 trays were sent to start. I am now on trays 10 and I just got an email to check on my progress before sending out the remaining trays. I am confident the rest of the process will go as smoothly as it has so far.

Idk where to start lol... But one of my friends introduced me to Byte. He saw that it was lifetime guarantee (one of the positive things) and it is inexpensive (2nd positive thing) comparing to other companies. I began my byte journey this month. I am at the end of my 2nd set of aligners. I haven’t seen any results as of yet maybe because its still too early to see any differences. When I have the aligners on, My teeth feels tight and sometimes I feel my teeth throbbing. Im assuming that the aligners are working. When I eat, my teeth does hurt when they are rubbing against each other. But it doesn’t bother me that much as long as I chew slowly. The one important thing I do like is byte’s customer service. Its great. Its professional. Its simple. Its easy. Its straight forward. They follow up on you through email, phone calls and text messages. If you have any questions or concerns and if you leave a message, they DO get back to you unlike other companies who don’t. I can’t wait to see how my teeth will look like after I finish the treatment/journey. Btw, their shipping speed is SUPER FAST! I do recommend this company to anyone who wants straighter teeth along with reasonable price and great customer service.

Byte has been a great experience so far! Aligners arrived early, the discomfort really only lasted the first couple days and my smile is awesome now! The Hyperbyte system really does help things move faster and helps to decrease discomfort especially when you transition to the next set. I found that when I switched to the next set my teeth would feel pressure the first couple days but it was never unbearable and after those first couple days it’s just a matter of keeping them clean and letting them do their thing! Customer service has been timely, friendly and professional! All in all, one of the best personal investments I’ve ever made - totally worth it!!!

Just an FYI, this is not a paid advertisement! Before I found Byte, I was considering getting traditional braces since my top and bottom tiers of teeth were shifting. After spending countless hours on google, I found that you could purchase Byte Aligners at fraction of the cost of traditional braces and achieve your dream smile within half the time! After deciding that this company was the one based on comparisons to Candid co and Smile Direct Club , I ordered their impression kit online and boom it was at my doorstep within two days! When the impression kit was success and sent off, all we had to do was wait patiently. After getting the finalized interactive 3D model, I knew I wanted to go through with the procedure! If you were in need of financing, Byte has plenty of options for you to choose from (Affirm, BytePay, etc). I chose BytePay, where it allows to put a $249 deposit then you pay $83 monthly! l really do love how Byte makes their product affordable so anyone can achieve that smile they've always wanted. I had Nicole as my Byte Advisor and she really was sweet! She was always there to answer all my questions and was understanding of my situation. So if you want to have a beautiful smile that comes with a Guarantee, lots of support from your Advisor, and just a general great experience. I highly recommend Byte over any of the other competitors! #Byteisthebest

I wore braces when i was younger but as i got older and my wisdom teeth came out my teeth shifted. Byte then came to the rescue! I am too old to wear braces again so that was out of the question. I am so grateful that Byte aligners are clear and undetectable. No one sees them which is the coolest thing ever. Also, its very cool seeing my smile getting back to how it looked post-braces. In addition, the byte customer service team is absolutely fantastic! they email you right away and resolve any questions or issues you may have. My experience has been phenomenal and I can't wait to see the end result. Absolutely recommend :D

After another company that (s)hall not be name(d), jacked up my teeth (they did make them better than before, I’m not totally ungrateful, I was less than satisfied, while getting nowhere with said company, I decided to try byte, and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment I signed up, customer service has been amazing! (Shout our to my byte consultant!) my aligners arrived a week or two early, the instructions were the *easiest* to read and follow, I mean, down to the packaging, I was impressed! On to the product! The hyperbyte was a great addition! After using it, I can feel the aligners seated better and *gasp* NO.GAPS.!!!!! ( old aligners (not byte) used to have gaps due to ill-fitting aligners!) Britebyte really did make my breath better and I did see a difference in color as well, looking forward to seeing a big change in the coming months! On to the aligners! They hurt oh-so-good!!!!! I LOVE to feel them *actually* working! It’s like a tiny hug to the teeth! More like a bear hug, but I promise, it’s a great thing!!!!! They go together perfectly, so good that when it’s time to take them off to eat, they don’t want to let go! Haha! Once again, I promise, from experience, that it’s a GOOD THING!!!!! I can literally feel them working on my teeth and I’m so so so glad! I am super excited to see the final result, but I can already tell, it’s worth it!!! Thank you byte!!!!!!!

This is my second experience with invisible aligners. Byte has been, so far, a far superior experience than my experience with another company (where I wore aligners for a year and a half). Byte’s customer service as well as all of the tools and information that they provide customers with makes ALL the difference, not to mention how quickly everything arrived. Even the material that Byte aligners are made with is superior to the material used by the other company that I used previously. My biggest regret is that I hesitated and waited before taking the leap with Byte. I wish I had found them before I wasted my time and money on the other company. Don’t hesitate with Byte. You won’t regret it!

So far my experience with the Byte Company has been great! 😊 The customer service is amazing! They respond quickly, & are always so friendly. I check in (through texting) with my assigned Byte Orthodontist Dr. Todd on a regular basis so that he can follow my progress. He’s always so nice & upbeat! Service has been quick. April 25th, I ordered my impression kit — April 27th, I received it in the mail — April 30th, I made my impressions & mailed them off — May 2nd, my impressions were approved —May 3rd, I received my 3D treatment plan preview — May 4th, I approved my treatment plan — May 7th, I received my Dr. Todd Treatment Plan Video & my Byte Before/After Profile Pics — May 15th, I ordered my aligners — June 6th, I received them (3 weeks later). The aligners have fit me well & have been very comfortable with no rough edges to file. I can already see changes in my teeth — they are getting straighter & whiter. To follow my progress, check out my YouTube weekly updates.

I love byte. I did a lot of research on invisible aligners. The ones offered by my dentist were going to cost $6000. I compared all of the at home aligners including cost, treatment length, perks, and if they would work with my bridge. Byte was one of the only companies i found that had asked about the bridge up front. There was one other but the impression kit was triple the cost. The cost of the aligners were 1/3 of the cost quoted by my dentist! They also have some great payment plans, i went with split-it, which is also great while waiting for my dental insurance to reimburse me. So i went with byte and i am SO happy I did. I am about a month away from finishing my treatment and the results so far are amazing!

I'm only on my 4th set of 14 set of aligners and I can already see a difference in my teeth. I love how convenient this company is. My issue was considered cosmetic so my dental insurance wouldn't cover it. I have crowding on my bottom row that causes a tooth forward and n causes me to bite my lip constantly. I turn to other options and came across Byte. Their hyperbyte cuts time in half so my treatment time will only be 3 months! On top of that, they were half the cost my dentist is offering and they send you a free bottle of teeth whitening foam. They have great customer service and I'm very happy with the product. I can't wait to see the final results!

I have used this company's teeth alignment system for about a month now and I am already seeing incredible results! Although my top teeth were not too bad, my bottom teeth have been crowded and crooked for most of my adult life, and have been getting worse as I get older. I had considered braces for many years, but just couldn't quite justify the expense. My wife had used another aligner system with great success, but it still seemed too expensive for me to make the leap. I recently came across Byte indirectly through a promotion advertised through a partner company where I work. After looking into it further, I decided to go for it! I am so happy I did! Byte makes everything simple, cutting out expensive and inconvenient orthodontist appointments, designing a specific customized plan for not only straightening your teeth, but making your smile the best it can be. They include teeth whitening and cleaning products in the package, and they have a new rechargeable high intensity vibration system called HyperByte that helps your teeth comply with the aligners, reduces any pain or discomfort from the pressure, and greatly reduces the time the whole process takes. My whole process will take only 4 1/2 months. They also have a variety of payment and financing options. My wife is a little jealous that I am paying less than half of what she paid elsewhere and getting much faster results. Byte also has a lifetime guarantee. So far I am very happy with Byte, and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their smile or just straighten their teeth.

The process to begin straightening my teeth with Byte has been so easy so far. The impression kit was easy to use but I would suggest having someone there to help you. My aligners arrived in the mail three weeks after my treatment plan was made. So far the first three aligners have for my teeth perfectly and I love how white my teeth are. I have had very minimal pain; nothing compared to having real braces. I also love how fast my treatment plan is. I only have to wear these for twenty weeks and the reason I chose byte was because they have a lifetime guarantee of a perfect smile and they also include a permanent retainer for night.

I had been thinking about fixing my teeth for quite a while but never got to it. I then came across a commercial for smile direct club and decided why not give them a try. Upon meeting with them in person, they did virtual impressions of my teeth (for the aligners). Within days I received an email stating that my new smile was ready to view. Upon clicking the link provided by smile direct club I was prevented from going further unless I made a payment of $1800 first. Immediately I became hesitant because I thought to myself, “what if I don’t like how my teeth look after I’ve paid, then what?!?”.. Then is when I started looking into other companies whom also offer aligners. This is when I found BYTE! After doing my research, I decided to order my impression kit and immediately sent it back. Within days I received an email stating that my new smile was ready to view........ AND THERE IT WAS!!! Upon clicking the link I was immediately given all of the information regarding my treatment plan. It literally showed me what my teeth would look like before, throughout the weeks, and after! I was very impressed by the fact that I did not have to make a payment in order to see what my smile would look like afterwards. I decided to sign up right away! On the byteme website it stated I would receive my aligners in 5 weeks and they were at my doorstep in 2 and a half weeks! I am currently on week 6 and customer service has been extremely helpful in answering any and every question I have ever had. I would 100% recommend Byte to anyone whom is looking to fix their smile.

I first noticed byte’s ad after looking into at-home options for my teeth. They made it look simple, fast, and helpful. After looking into other companies, I chose byte as the company I would want to work with. The delivery for the impressions kit was super fast and instructions easy to use. Once I submitted my kit back (which they offer with free shipping), and filled out the rest of my information, I got my first few sets of aligners along with the HyperByte and BrightByte. When it did come, it was obvious that the BrightByte spilled during transit, but their customers service replied to my email the same day and sent it over very quickly. I’m 8 weeks in and the results are incredible!! So excited to share my new smile with the world in just a few more weeks.

People have always told me I had a great smile for never having braces before. However as time went on and wisdom teeth broke through, my teeth shifted. I was always interested in getting aligners or braces but I know that would hurt my wallet and when my friend Leah started talking about Byte on her Instagram, I took that as a sign that I should try. I’m so glad I did! The team and customer service at Byte has been nothing short of exceptional. I was receiving follow up emails to ensure I received my impression kit and if I had any questions along the way. So far I’ve already told 5 people I know about Byte and they too are interested in trying. I tell them it’s worth it especially because the price point is nothing compared to competitors which often times are around $10k....with dental insurance! I’m so happy I found out about Byte & I’m looking forward to #mybytejourney!

42 years I lived with crooked teeth. But in less than 16 weeks, I went from embarrassing lower teeth, to a straight, bright smile that I happily show off to anyone who asks. It was that fast. And quite honestly, the results were obvious right away. Byte made the whole thing as easy as can be. I had questions along the way that were answered in a flash and the advice was spot on. When my process came to an end, and foolishly I accidentally broke my tray— Byte called ME to see how I liked the results!! When I told them about the tray mishap, within 3 days (72 hours!!!) I had a new tray in my hand. And Byte took care of it. Amazing! I really did not know what to expect and I was surprised by the service, speed, and care that Byte took with me. I’ve recommended them to my friends and family and will continue. Thanks, Byte team! You all rock!!!

I started my Byte experience in January after doing a lot of research of the multitude of companies now doing online orthodontics. I was impressed with their reviews, treatment times, and cost. Impression kit came quickly and was super easy to use. The trays were too large for my mouth and after a phone call smaller ones were sent out immediately. My treatment time is 13 weeks and I am on week 10. I’m thrilled with my results. Customer service has been great to answer any questions or concerns. I debated long and hard about doing this at the age of 67 but I have found you are NEVER too old when it comes to taking care of yourself. Kathleen Abranovich

In my 40's, my some of my teeth started to shift. I was not interested in having metal braces on my teeth. The cost of other aligners was really prohibitive, so I simply ignored the problem. Unfortunately, the problem progressively got worse. I am now in my 50's, and I had almost given up hope. I am so glad that a friend told me about Byte! I was really skeptical because some of my teeth had really become crooked due to overcrowding. The impression kit was really quite easy. I loved seeing the 3D animation of what I could expect along the way. I'm over half-way in my treatment plan and I am amazed at the difference! Byte has been with me every step of the way. Any time I had a question, they responded to my emails the same day. Superb customer service and product! It's amazing what having a better smile gives to someone's self confidence! THANK YOU, BYTE!
