Well, my aligners didn't work, I've emailed, filled out the questionnaire, emailed pictures as requested and it's been months. Haven't heard a thing. No refund. No additional aligners. No retainer. Nothing.

I lost my hyperbyte and was given an option to pay $399 or double my treatment time. $399 is an outrageous amount to replace such a simple device. It amounts to extortion.
