Overall, happy with the customer care team. Waiting for results as I am still in the middle of the treatment. Here are some pointers to keep in mind: Be sure to have a conversation about the expected result as the visuals they share does not capture 100% details. Depending on your case, they may recommend using night aligners more than 10 hours along with increased usage of hyper byte. Treatment duration varies depending on the progress.

I'm on week 9 right now and I can see how my teeth are moving it was a very easy process from the trays to making the payment to starting my aligners. I got this as a birthday gift for myself. Happy I did. I feel very confident and I know it will only get better as the weeks go on!

I would say the best thing I like about the company is that when you do call they are very friendly and help full and it does not take forever for someone to come on the other line. The thing I would have to knock them on is it does take a while for them to respond to the emails.

The alignments actually do work and the brytebite makes a difference. When I ran out at the end of treatment, I wanted to order more. I want 100% satisfied with treatment so they sent me another impression kit and I’m currently waiting on my additional alignments to arrive. Great customers service! There are delays with responding but their auto reply helps prepare the customer for that. Overall I’m happy with the experience so far.

I actually couldn't believe the effect that Bright Byte had on my teeth — quite literally they were brighter every morning when I woke up! Also, the customer service team at Byte is like no other. The proof is in the pudding — they have a lifetime guarantee for your teeth, something that even the best orthodontists don't provide.

THE GOOD: My teeth are slowly getting straighter. Treatment is taking much longer than anticipated- which is fine! I'm in no rush, as long as progress is being made. THE NOT SO GOOD: I've had to go back 4 weeks of treatment and am now slowly working my way back to where I was. I can't seem to get past week 8 of treatment. Aside from that, it can be difficult to contact customer service. Sometimes you don't hear back for weeks, other times they respond quickly. Because of this, I've just been doing treatment pretty much on my own and sort of feeling out what is working. Hoping to get past week 8 by next week!

Hi Kat, thank you very much for taking the time to share this valuable review and feedback with our team. We are so excited for you! While the 7-day wear time works for most of our customers, there are times when a longer wear-time is necessary. It is our goal to get you to your dream smile, but we understand how frustrating it can be to have an extension of treatment. Due to a higher than normal volume we understand that our response time has been less than ideal. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays. Rest assured, we are staffing up and our team is working hard to help each and every customer. If you have any concerns or questions, do not hesitate to connect with us via email, a phone call, or even Facebook DM, we are happy to help! :)

The experience was amazing and I did not have to set foot into a dentist office! The customer service helped me address insurance questions and the dentist assigned to my case was very thorough with my alignment plan. The night option was very cool, convenient. I would keep aligners in 23 hours when I could which did help. Very happy!!!

The entire process was well thought out. Packaging is straightforward, designed beautifully, and directions are clear. The impression kit is easy to use. Good experience thus far, 12 weeks in, teeth are less crowded and looking good! The first week was the most uncomfortable, then you get used to it. 4/5 because customer service is backed up, they should work on the bottleneck. Otherwise A for awesome!

I’ve been pleased with my experience with byte. I’ve seen major improvement in 7 weeks already. I love the hyperbyte and whitening/cleansing foam, which is great for sensitive teeth. I do have to file down some uncomfortable spots on my aligners (which is expected) but tedious since I have to do this most weeks. If they send more filers in the kits, that’s be great. Overall, I’ve been happy with byte.

Byte has been an incredibly easy process to straightening my teeth. I wanted to do it for years and they made it so simple. I used their Byte Pay program to make monthly installments and it also offers lifetime replacements of retainers and replacement aligners if any break during use. So far, I'm on my 7th out of 12 aligners and my teeth look great! I'm excited to see the finished result. I haven't had to get in touch with the reps with any issues, but occasionally I get check in emails to see how my treatment is going.

The best thing I like about this company is that if my teeth move I can come to Byte to fix my issue. My experience with Byte has been great so far! I’ve had minimal discomfort, and started seeing results very quickly. I paid extra for the night version, got to the end of the treatment and had to start all over again because of the way my front teeth we're sitting.

We want to make sure each customer is getting to their new smile in the safest and best way possible. If any questions arise regarding the fit of aligners, that is where our Professional Care Team comes in. Sometimes teeth are more stubborn than we expected and take longer to move. Each customer has the option to schedule a phone or video call through their customer portal with our Professional Care Team. We would also recommend giving our team a call at 877-298-3669 for immediate assistance.
