It's halfway through my treatment and I love my results! I've had braces before and I didn't like the idea of getting them again. When COVID happened I was scared of the idea of going in to see the dentist. I'm so glad that with using Byte I'm able to get the results I want all from the comfort of my home.

Byte is convenient, affordable, and they have wonderful customer service. Even though they are an online only company, you feel like they know who you are. They check-in often. I love how I can straighten my teeth in 3 months.

Everything went as planned in my treatment and I was regularly checked in on. The aligners themselves fit exactly as they should and I noticed a difference as early as 4 weeks in. Discomfort is minimal and finished quickly. Well worth the investment.

The customer service with byte is incredible. Since before I even got my impression kit they were there to answer any questions I had. Kimberly and Rosie were very helpful and helped me figure out my insurance and how to use my HRA/HSA to help cover financially. I will definitely recommend byte!

I really like how much company kept in touch with me during the process. They emailed and text me when I had a question. They take insurance which I wasn't expecting I didn't know aligner methods took insurance. Also the whitening foam is great. Everyone seems nice and knew what they were doing.

I’ve been using Byte for roughly 9 weeks now, and I’m noticing some nice changes in my smile, in regards to crowding. The process is pretty easy, and rather affordable, not to mention the care and support team has swiftly responded to any questions or concerns I’ve had thus far.

Byte customer service has been the best I have experienced in a long time! They are very attentive and available throughout the process. The aligners themselves have been easy to use and comfortable. Their whitening solution, bright byte, has made a noticeable difference in how my teeth look too!

My favorite thing about byte has been the fact that there has been literally no pain! My teeth have shifted pretty significantly but I never felt them! I don't have any negative comments on my process so far (about 9/15 weeks in!)

Everything has been great but I have to do the impressions set again when I thought I was almost done with the process. I’m glad it’s covered under what I’ve paid for but still a little disappointing. However, customer service has been great. They’re always checking in to see how things are going now especially since there was the hiccup in progress.

The price is good, the results are on-track and the customer service has been exceptional. What else do you need to encourage you to straighten your teeth? If you're on the fence about Byte, all I can say is, it's been worth it for me and I think you'll be glad you did it!

The thing I liked most about my BYTE experience, was the friendly customer service and help over the phone. Initially, the BYTE representative told me my insurance would cover the treatment plan, but unfortunately, it did not. I am super happy with my results and it happened in only 16 weeks.

The best thing about this company is the customer service experience. Having over 20 plus years of customer service myself working as a manager at it a well known retail store I know how hard it is. This company really delivers on that.

I received my impression kit within 2 days. Once sent back it took about 3 days for me to receive my treatment plan where I could review my 3d smile. A customer service rep Natasha reached out to me via email to answer any questions I may have before making a purchase. Prompt responses.

I absolutely loved my Byte experience! I recommended it to my sister and will continue recommending it to my friends that want to get their teeth fixed! It's so easy and convenient being able to switch the aligners out on your own with no doctor visit. Plus, the best and most important part, it's cheaper AND faster than having braces!!
