My experience with Byte has been fantastic! The customer service is amazing and the people are very genuine and take every problem into deep consideration. The product (aka aligners) have been working wonders and for the price they offer, it is amazing.

The process and attention to detail has been amazing so far. The box for my personal aligners and accessories fit perfect, feel empowering, full of hope and self love. The best thing you can do to feel confident. The process is very easy to follow and understand. I just love the HyperByte it's so relaxing I could feel it's doing it's job.

Timely and efficient service. From the date of initial contact to the date of request for additional BrightByte all stakeholders have been responsive. Though seemingly unique ways and means to address dental needs from a distance: However, the communication helps with the process.

Byte has been an excellent experience, I’m approximately 2/3 through my treatment and everyone is commenting on how great my teeth are looking. Customer service has also been excellent. My hyperbyte broke in the first few weeks and they sent me a new one after a few troubleshooting steps. Whole process has been very easy and rewarding.

Getting my aligners was a frustrating process. I was excited to start so I sent my impressions back the day after receiving them. I then waited weeks without hearing anything. They said they lost my impressions so then sent me not one, but two more impressions kits. While these kits were on the way to me they somehow found my initial impressions. This set me Back almost a month. Once I started they worked very well and I have been very satisfied. What I didn’t know is that I needed 19 aligners and they only send the first 15 in the initial shipment. So now I have completed my first 15 weeks and am now set back another 3 weeks while I wait for my final aligners to arrive again. The product works great but I am not a fan of the service. Also, making a sexual innuendo about a vibrator on their website just seems outright unprofessional to me.

I’d read raving reviews for byte for a while before giving it a try and so far, the experience has gone well. Bright byte really has my teeth looking immaculate without being harsh and yucky like other whiteners. I’m on week 13 and after communicating on my progress, they’re sending another impression kit for my stubborn canines so the Byte for Life Guarantee is a fact !

So far I have had an extremely good experience with Byte. The Byte team has been super helpful throughout the whole process. Currently, my treatment is not going to plan and so the Byte team is sending over another impression kit to figure out what the next steps will be. They have been so responsive and amazing!

I'm just getting started with Byte and the customer support is amazing! I would definitely recommend. I previously went with another company and they have just deserted me and left me incomplete with my plan. So glad to work with Byte. Wish I would have chosen them first.

I can’t believe I didn’t try out byte sooner! It’s an incredible value, easy to keep up with and the customer experience has been great! Most importantly I’m amazed by the results! I actually think my teeth have looked great even with the aligners ON!

I'm on week 12 of the night alligners, and am seeing great progress! I love the ability to straighten my teeth overnight, and not have to wear the alligners during the day. I also love that i can do it on my own from home, and not have to go to lots of orthodontist appointments. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their smile!

My aligners are working, that's the point of treatment. However, the follow-up and communication needs improvement. The customer is left to remember to follow-up on additional aligners and retainers. Customers should be responsible for following all treatment directions but Byte should be responsible to ensure timely care and follow up calls to the customer so that there are no gaps in the treatment. Whether ordering additional aligners or retainers a Byte rep should reach out notifying the customer that it's time for the next step. My experience, proactive customer follow up is not a priority. This is disappointing.

So far, best customer service I’ve ever had. They check on me every other day about my impressions and I can ask any questions I want. Also, after they finish your smile, they provide a 3D online model so you can actually SEE you new teeth! 10/10 recommend.

My overall experience with Byteme.com has been very good. Good communication, lots of follow through with me, double checking if everything is going well, etc. Should my teeth straighten out in the amount of time they said with me following their recommendations I'll be thrilled!

This company is very professional and communicative. If there is a problem they are very helpful. Aligners are good quality. Boxes come very clearly labeled and organized. The only dislike is the amount of time it took to remake my upper retainers (the first round wasn't enough) but I don't believe that was the company's fault. It was really my teeth that didn't shift properly.

I recently finished overlooking my treatment plan and my aligners will be arriving soon but I wanted to take a moment to state that customer service was kind, patient, and helpful. They explained the options to pay and stayed on the phone with me as I did the process. I can’t wait to start my byte journey!

Customer service is above and beyond amazing. They make sure you are completely comfortable and answer your questions no matter how random they can be. Help when there is somer hint your unsure of with your smile prediction end result. Only scary part is honestly doing the impressions yourself at home. But your impression kit associate is there to help you and a very imformative video help get those nerves under control.
