I’m on week 4 of my aligners, and so far my experience has been excellent! The impressions were very clear and easy to do, I love looking at my 3-D images online (very motivating), and the aligners kit was so well done! I find the aligners themselves very comfortable and have no problem wearing them 22 hours per day. The online support has been fantastic too! Anytime I have a question, it is answered right away!

I tried Smile Direct Club and had an awful experience. Their Customer Service is terrible and when I originally got my teeth mapped out, they did it improperly so the aligners did not fit and caused a horrible lisp. I left while still within the 30 day period. Fast forward a couple months and I signed up for Byte for the same price. Their customer service has been wonderful and the aligners fit absolutely perfectly. I'm about to start week 5/15 for my treatment and definitely recommend choosing Byte for anyone else on the fence.

My coworker is currently using BYTE aligners and showed me a before and after picture of her teeth so far. They really work! My teeth are very crooked and crowded in the front and they are still able to help me! Their process is so easy to follow also. The customer service is amazing and they are always there for you if you have any questions or if you need help with the process. I absolutely love Byte. I have been looking into aligners for over a year and am so happy I went with Byte. From day one, the customer service has been incredible. It's great you never have to go into a dentist, the impressions are made at home and sent back for your aligners to be made. The aligners are thin and clear, you can't notice them when wearing them. Using the Hyperbyte 5 minutes a day really helps the aligners fit better and ease discomfort. The Bright Byte cleaner and whitener is also great, keeps the aligners clean and breath fresh! I started my journey with byte 12 weeks ago and I started seeing results in the first 3 weeks. I expected tons of pain due to how munch my bottom teeth need to move. I’ve had a little discomfort the first day each week that I put a new set in. But no discomfort after that first day. The BrightByte is AMAZING it’s had my teeth whiter than I’ve seen them in years. I'm on my 4th week and so far so good, customer service is excellent. The treys are nice and clear and the trey container is super useful for storing them while you eat. I also love all of the packaging! If you have a smaller mouth Id suggest asking for the smaller impression trey, the regular one worked for me but it was a struggle getting it in my mouth! Otherwise I'm very satisfied so far!

As an investment, I paid for the treatment plan right out. My husband was not crazy about having used one of the competing companies is I opted for Byte after doing my online research. The process is very simple and extremely user friendly. I was very nervous about getting my 'impressions' correct but I was emailed shortly after Byte received them that they were good to go. The wait is about 3-4 Weeks. After that it is smooth sailing. I am now on week 5 and have no complaints whatsoever. If I had any questions I simply sent an email and was always helped ASAP. Try it you will like it...I wrestled with the decision on which company to choose for aligners. I chose Byte because of their customer reviews, internet articles and their promised customer service. I have just finished week one and I am so very happy with my decision. I have had may emails and text messages with their customer service team and they are great. I was worried that the aligners would be very uncomfortable - they are not. My only challenge is changing my personal habit of drinking coffee or soda continuously during the day - is that really good for me anyway?😃

Today I sent an email with a question and they took the time to call me back to make sure I understood what they meant. 8/17 weeks into my treatment and I have no complaints so far. I can feel my teeth shifting and starting to see a difference. Customer service is quick to respond and even checks in from time to time if they haven’t heard from you. This so far has been the easiest experience with fixing my teeth!! The instructions to take impressions are very easy to understand and you get a representative that’s with you your entire journey. You also get a bottle of whitening foam which doubles as a cleaner for the aligners, and after only a couple weeks I already see the difference in my teeth as well as them being brighter. 3 weeks in and for the first time ever, my molars touch each other when my mouth is closed; I can tell the shifting has already begun! They have awesome customer service, reaching out by email periodically to check on your progress without being overly pushy. And the hyper byte which is hundreds $$ alone comes included in the kit. You can't go wrong choosing this company, everything from ordering the kit to sending the impressions and receiving my trays (2&1/2 weeks or so after i sent my molds) has been amazing!

I can’t recommend Byte enough! The customer service I’ve received has been exceptional. From ordering my impression kit to receiving my actual aligners, there has been someone there to help me. I was skeptical with it being “teledentistry” but let me tell you, Byte is so amazing that you would never notice the difference. The quality of products is so high, too. My aligners fit nicely in my mouth, and I love BrightByte and HyperByte. I’m on week one of my aligners and can’t wait to see my progress as I go on!

Almost halfway through my treatment and it’s been a struggle keeping them in 24/7, they can be uncomfortable, and a hassle but the rewards so far are well worth the everything. I definitely recommend these to everyone and anyone who wants the smile they want. Even though my teeth aren’t perfectly straight yet by any means but I can confidently say I’m more confident in my smile and looking forward to the final product!

Customer service is quick and extremely helpful! I’ve had my aligners about a week now and can already tell a difference in my teeth. Also...any other whitening I’ve tried before has been incredibly painful because my teeth are so sensitive, this is not the case with Bright Byte, zero discomfort with it! I’m so glad I made the decision to do this!
