They had great prices, but the rooms were really disgusting. We asked for a non-smoking room and it was obvious that someone had smoked in it recently. When we asked to move they wouldn't change rooms.

I am not impressed with this hotel. From the time to check in it takes for ever to get to your room. Breakfast is not included and you pay for the room. But the fresh cookie you give is good.

I stayed at Double Tree for a volleyball tournament in Virginia. This was during winter and the room was freezing cold. The blankets were thin so I was very cold throughout the night. Heater was not on. But room and bathrooms were nice and clean.

DoubleTree Hotel is a great place to stay. The guest service is amazing and the amenities are phenomenal. The cleanliness is also something worth mention, they provide an experience like no other.

Our family stayed at a DoubleTree over the Christmas break and the free breakfast was great. However, the rooms felt unclean and unkept and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The last few times we've stayed at a Double Tree Hotel, it was very basic and needed to be updated. We usually try to go somewhere else that is more reliable.

I did not have the best experience at DoubleTree. The person at the front desk was not very helpful and the room was not very clean.
