Merrillville, IN location is absolutely FILTHY!!!!!!! Room stinks, stains on the curtains, rugs, blood stains on the sheets, absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! Only gave one star because I had to. The manager should be ashamed of herself and her representation of the hotel!!!!!!

One night stay. Booked with points but received a bill with obscure overcharges for $45.99. Hotel unable to issue a correct folio but keeps sending comical automated messages that ignore the matter completely. The contact function on the BW app does not work either. A complete zoo.

Your best western over charge my stay for extra day. 1st day 99.00 needed extra day. 214.00 over charge without telling me . I’ll never stay at a best western again, for ripping me off. Best western college station max. Rip off was smooth.

We told the front desk at KC Speedway that the tub had sewage from the drain backing up. Nothing was ever done. There are no towels. Once used you live with it. Their policy. Get you in the door then screw you.

Awakened all 3 nights of stay by lobby TV and staff refused to turn it down. "Non smoking" room smelled like cigarettes and feet. I know it's never been cleaned properly, as the cobwebs everywhere will attest. A dump with rude staff and small around terrible experience. Close to hospital for wife's surgery, but I should have slept in car.

Best western has the worst customer service! A location under their ownership, The Illinois Beach Hotel, stole a $1,500 deposit from our postponed wedding, after the location shutdown. I spoke with Ester from BW Customer Service, who provided the worst customer care in the business and was zero help in resolving our stolen funds.

Everything was great but the breakfast was not set up by 6:30. The waffles were done by 6:40. At 6:50 I asked for regular coffee she said it was in the back. At 7 I thought she was going to get it but instead she brought out more bisquits and then went back to the front desk. I left. This was in luling, Texas

On 9/21 I stayed at your BW Plus in Winston Salem, NC. It was the worst night of my life!!! I was put in a very nice room next to the ice machine. It was in use all night long. When I checked out I told clerk I would appreciate a discount . She handed me my invoice with $151.00 . No discount. Worst $151.00 I have ever spent!!

I was going to spend the night here. Took a shower and I looked up and there was roaches on the ceiling. I got out of the shower, got dressed and checked out. the front desk didn't care nor try to remedy the situation. so disgusted

Most Best Westerns are very nice. My only complaint is some haven’t been sprayed since the 90’s and even still have the smell to them from when they were smoking rooms.

We stayed in the St George BW for a school basketball tournament and it was pretty good. It was in construction so a little weird checking in in the lobby of one of the buildings.

When looking for a hotel and you see a best western note to self KEEP DRIVING last time i came one my room looked disgusting like my sheets weren't changed there was an obvious yellow stain nothing was even dusted or really wiped down when i went to the front desk to complain they took there sweet time addressing the issue and at first didnt even wanna switch me into a newer room they actually wanted me to wait for the maid to come can finish cleaning and they'll deduct a little off my bill after what i seen that was not happening
