wasted my time with claims...the exclusion list pretty much voids all of the items they "CLAIM" to cover! Wasted my money buying a warranty from this company they must have bots writing their positive reviews!!

As usual the company never ever cover anything. You take my money and laugh. I just don't know why you just tell the truth. We are out to get your money never to help. The technician was great. I will always use his company.

The company responds in a timely manner, but I’ve had 4 issues since Jan with my dishwasher and it’s still not working properly. It works a few months and stops. Twice was the same issue.

Choice Home Warranty gives the runaround with its customers, chooses the least cost-effective options for repair, and will not work with its policy owners to save money. I will not recommend this company to others.

I dislike that this company has so many exclusions and reasons not to pay for services it's ridiculous. This is a third rate company that I am not spending my money on and will warn others not to as well.
