Response time is great. Price is right, but payout could be better, never enough to actually replace items.

I spoke with a customer service rep to purchase a policy. Company charged my card but did not send a copy of the policy! Now I must spend more time out of my day to track a copy down.

I have had two experiences with Choice Home Warranty. I would not use them again. On both claims the company tried to deny them. On the first one, Choice finally offered a settlement, which should have been a repair.

6 weeks to get my repair done? The day of the repair you had scheduled the technician to arrive between 11 and 3 and he arrived at 7:15. Had to pay the service fee and for two light switches not covered. Very disappointing .

Poor customer service. No concern for long delays in receiving repairs. Basic parts not covered under warranty. (Stove knobs not covered, like driving an automobile without steering wheel)

Not so great yet. I pay in to be covered only to be accused if not caring for my home properly. It is sad to discover CHW is as bad as other companies just after the money and do t believe in their own add.
