When I moved in this home, the seller chose Choice. The two times I tried to use it, they came out and said it was not covered.

Customer service sucked. It took over a week for me to get my water heater replaced. The technician was awesome, he did a great job installing it.

HCW is a scam. If we can't fix it we replace it. A scam!!!! They left me high and dry with my fridge. They never fixed it. Had to pay $430 myself.
