The warranty gives me peace of mind. I can call them and after a small service charge, the work is done. I used it a week ago for a plumbing problem and they came right away to fix the problem. It is normally within a day or less to get the jobs done.

Choice warranty is very trustworthy. I like the coverage better because they cover more than some other companies. They always work really good with me. I am really happy with them. Everybody they have sent have been really good, quality people.

Once I realized you done really replace the appliance as you advertise, I am hesitant to recommend choice. Realistically they only give you 50% of the cost once the adjusters get involved. If I had to choose between them and American Home Shield, I would choose choice. The service is excellent. Things are handled in a timely manner and the staff is very good.

This seems to be the right company based on the research I’ve done. I have recommended them to friends. They send people out fairly quickly but the resolution is not always to my liking. For my washing machine, they sent out a technician and he collected the money but did not repair it so I contacted choice and had to fight to get a reimbursement check that I am still waiting for.

Dropped American Home Shield to join them. So far they have not failed me or let me down. When I place a claim, they process it immediately and respond right away. They have everything I want as a customer. The promptness makes me feel good.

So far everything that I have come to them with, they have been really good. When I fill out the form, I get a notice of a service provider within 24 hours. If the provider they sent out was not good, they refunded me. I am pleased with the price I pay for a service call.

Very high quality. Every time I’ve used them, they’ve been exceptional in getting the job done even during the summertime. There were a few times when I had issues getting calls back from key personnel in their company but they are very good company and I am satisfied.

I’ve been a customer for five years and I have never had a problem with them. They fix things right away. Customer service is easy because it is an online request. They come the next day if they are available. They replaced our garbage disposal 100 percent. We are very happy.

I had choice for years and then I switched to American Home Warranty and now I am back to choice, it is more economical and they respond quickly. I don’t have any trouble pertaining to policy. If they can’t do it, they compensate you. They did try to cover up that the copay was different but they went back to the regular price.

First thing, I like the commercial on TV. I have done some comparisons and I find that Choice is the best. Shortly after I enrolled, I had a problem in the house and they came right away and fixed it. The gentleman that came was one of the nicest people I have ever met.

It has been a pretty positive experience working with choice home warranty overall though sometimes it takes a long time to get someone out to address the problem depending the equipment. We had to have the refrigerator replaced and the max cap was eleven hundred dollars and it cost roughly three thousand. Also I have dealt with a few people who made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them.

They are prompt in responding to a call for service Their agents are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine in their efforts to help unlike other warranties where their main effort is directed to qualifying as many requests as not covered.

A great company. I have been signed up for three years. They gave me a very good discount. I get serviced immediately. The service we get from them is great. When my refrigerator was replaced, they gave me enough to cover ninety percent of the new one. Their technicians do a great job.

The people they send have been friendly and do their job. Their availability is great. They are prompt, except with my AC, they couldn’t fine anybody for that so I found my own person. I appreciate having the secondary insurance to back me up.

Choice home warranty is very responsive in all my experiences. I typically get quick feedback and the service technicians have been thorough and know what they are doing. I had an electrical problem and they technician called me with questions so he could be prepared. I think the value is good compared to what my friend pays.

They gave me a good price that I am satisfied with for three years. I have a hard time getting in contact with them because nobody is in the office and there was a rude service man who did nothing to solve my problem and wanted the $65, the problem was solved though and the other man was good and explained everything that is why I would use them again.

The price is pretty reasonable. They didn’t raise the rates when we renewed it. We actually get a free visit. We’ve had three issues and they’ve gotten some one out really quick to fix it. It took a while for the last one because of corona virus because everyone is busy, it took a week and a wlf to get the leak fixed.

Their copay is reasonable for the amount of services they provide. I wish there were a couple of more options and more vendors to choose from but they are responsive and process claims quickly. My only issues is they kept sending me the same vendor that I requested they not send me because for a couple of things they were not good. They did finally send someone different and I was happy with the service.

They set up the appointments and make the arrangements for the service person to come out and if they can’t, they find you a contingency. The response time is pretty quick. If you don’t read the fine print you will get screwed.

It took a while to get someone to come out the last time I needed them when I had water all over my floor and the man they eventually did send out was very young and didn’t know what he was doing and was hard to get a hold of. That was very frustrating. That is the only problem I’ve had with hem. Otherwise they have been very good.

I am probably spending more money than I would if I waited to call somebody because I don’t have many breakdowns but they do things quickly and the technician they used did much more than he actually had to do. I need to use my warranty to have my air conditioner fixed and they were unable to find a tech in the area. They did say they would be willing to use one that I could find in this area and they would take the bill and I would have to submit to them for approval and I would pay them and they would reimburse me for based on what the fee is worth.

Good communication good service and good engineers. I'm very happy. The fridge was over freezing and we called your company. They promptly arranged an enginee who came out and tested. The service is been pretty good. With Covid, responses back to the email are sometimes a little slow but we did get eventually get the help that we needed. After a couple of days being in the house the refrigerator broke so we had to get somebody that used Choice Home Warranty to come out. Once we finally found somebody that would agree to look at it, it was too much to repair so we had to get a new refrigerator.

They try to take care of everything. It takes two days to get service, but when they came out here the repairman was real good. "We were with American home shield I was very unhappy with them and so I started researching and I saw that Choice Warranty was another option, so I decided that we would try them. When we had some issues, we asked them to have a specific company come out to do our repairs and they wanted to pick the person that they wanted. I thought they would allow us to choose the one we wanted and I think that's kind of important. The only problem that I do have with Choice Warranty is the fact that there's not enough people to take the calls."

It has been my experience that the technician they send try to find things that would exclude an appliance or system from coverage; often claiming that a problem is caused by some part of the unit that is not covered. It is a roll of the dice whether it will be covered and you have to pay the service fee for someone to do the diagnosis only to tell you that your appliance or system had a malfunction that is not covered by warranty. I was told that my AC unit was not old enough to have a problem; an AC unit that was 14 years and 10 months old. They said it needed to be 15 years old. The tech claimed that the compressor shorted out but the compressor is still working, just not efficiently which is why I filed the claim in the first place. Another time a broken tank on a toilet was alleged to be a problem with a flange. Yet to see an item that is actually covered.

I wasn’t happy with the last company I had so I switched. It’s all been positive. I have no complaints. The price is good. Sometimes it is hard to get things fixed right away because I live in a smaller area, that is my only complaint. but when my dishwasher was leaking they set someone up to fix it in a few days.
