When an appliance needs replacement they try to offer you a cash payment that does not cover complete cost plus installation.

I see little value in using Choice Home Warranty. The repair people rarely showed up, one of them took my $65 and never returned, they cancel at the last minute, it's generally been a very bad experience

Every breakdown and repair that needed to be done they continued to look for a way not to pay for it. It's rusted, it's old, it's installed incorrectly.....this is what I heard and read from their emails.

My AC went out. It took three days for a tech to come out to look at and then it took two weeks before it got repaired. I live in Florida and it was 85 degrees in the house. They do not care about their customers.

After the year I have paid for, I will never do business with Choice Home Warranty again. I needed a water heater replaced and they still haven’t done it. I’ve had four vendors but they won’t approve it.

The Lowe's choice was 1. I was hoping it was zero on the list. You send people out but they take their time. Then the cost that you cap them with leaves people in a bind y'all cutting corners
