Not good. It’s not good value. When it expires I am going to stop using it. There is a lot of small print and exclusions so it is hard to use. I have to pay for major repairs myself.

Scam artists . They promise something during and pre sale. Then every thing changes. I have told all my friends I have posted on social media against choice and I am going to other rating websites to trash talk choice.

When it comes to their claim denial process, they appear to not be very thorough. We has a toilet issue and they sent a technician who is not a plumber and he found and issue that wasn’t really the problem.

Because we did not renew with them after getting service on our microwave which still doesn't work 4 days after having a part replaced they won't fix it. And we were told we had a 30 day warranty on part replaced.
