We had their home warranty when our air conditioning went out, and they told us it was not covered which is terrible. That one experience has made this company untrustworthy to me.

I have yet to place a claim, so not completely sure if they deserve a higher rating. The initial process of obtaining the insurance was painless.

It should be a zero star. It took them 10 days to fix my AC. Problem was rplacing a 4 feet wire outside unit. Just a 5 min work. They had to get approval and 2 repair person. On top of that they told me to pay extra $40 to the tech beyond my service call of $60 per call. I cancelled their service.

We have had a broken fridge for over six months. Six times a tech was sent out. This is a $2000 fridge that has now been deemed unrepairable. They are supposed to replace the fridge for a like model. They offered us $400???? That covers NOTHING. This is a complete SCAM.

I thought it would take care of my needs, but it didn't. My refrigerator had problems with the ice maker, but they said it was not covered by the contract so they didn't fix it. They don't show you the fine print when you first buy it so I wouldn't buy it again.

I don't think they're very helpful at all. I needed to use my warranty for my refrigerator and freezer. Choice said that the parts needed to fix them were not covered, so the company that they sent out didn't do any repairs. They never contacted me about that again.

They do EVERYTHING to avoid paying for repairs or replacements that are what they claimed to cover. I will do everything in my power to warn others of this AND help with a class action lawsuit within the state of Florida! You are banned from New Jersey for this very reason!

The customer support was okay, but a lot of the times we call, they answer the phone without a pencil or pen or a simple piece of paper. Plus, what they advertise is not exactly what we got. They only pay a part of the total price of whatever we have to replace.

They sent somebody over to fix my kitchen sink, but they weren't able to fix m bath tub. They said they couldn't fix it because it was a pre existing situation, when it actually wasn't. I initially chose them because they have an affordable warranty, but I just wasn't happy with their service.

Customer Service was terrible. I waited over a month for one of the contractors that was supposed to look at my AC unit in the summer no less. I was very disappointed in home warranty companies used so far. The better option is to not have one and receive better cost and service.

I read about it and thought it sounded good. Well, it hasn't been good. I've called them 3 times to have some plumbing work done, and 3 times I haven't got them to come out and do it. That's the only time I've tried to use them.

Customer support was great, but I had to use my warranty to fix my air-conditioner, and they refused to help. I originally went with them because of the premium receipt, but they will, in fact, not pay for your items. There is a problem trying to get them to be able to put the claim in, and they find ways to not pay it. Don't use them.

I saw it in an advertisement, that's all it had— good advertisement— and I thought they had a lot to offer. I had a bad experience every time I would call, for any items that were definitely covered in my contract, whether it was plumbing or an appliance; I was never satisfied. It's always been a bad experience with them.

My door seal on my refrigerator is coming loose, and I called Choice Home Warranty, who is my home insurer, & they immediately set me up with a Sears Tech to come look at my unit! He will arrive in a few days, & I am sure he will replace the door seal!

This is a crook company This is a crook company. They convinced me for accepting contract bay saying that they would do annual check for HVAC system. After signing contract they retracted. On 17th April 2022, I created a claim by phone to fix my heating system. In the morning when I called again to make sure, I was told that a tech has been assigned will come tomorrow. The company claim same day service and in cold time I had to keep my heating system off and the company offer me Tech for next day. I have 8 month old a toddler but they didn't buzz. The tech itself was a crook and asked $100 extra if I want it same day, seriously? They promise sky, but clip your feathers after you give in.

We've been with CHW for almost five years now. When we've had an issue they've always been quick to respond with a service technician. The techs have been the best - very knowledgeable in their field and able to accurately diagnose the issue and provide a solution. We plan to be with CHW for many years into the future.

We’ve had Choice Warranty for over a year. Choice has helped us with our A/C and dishwasher. I would have given Choice a five if they would have replaced our 10 year old dishwasher. Instead they put about $600 in parts to repair it and now it’s leaking again.
