Kind of disappointed with them. They need to be more detailed with what they cover and why they don’t cover some things. They sent me a technician but the technician told me they don’t cover the thing.

They lied and are scamming people, sent a tech who claimed a part was missing off my a/c so they could deny the claim. Proved the part wasn't missing and they still denied the claim after PROMISING they would cover my a/c if ANYTHING happened.

Chose them for the price. Recently I was having a difficult time getting ahold of somebody. When I did get ahold of somebody, they said they were too busy to get somebody to come out and look at the problem. I looked at the problem and was able to determine what the problem was and I fixed it. Now they won't pay me back now.

As far as price and what they are offering, it is the best though they can’t fix everything and they could not replace my dishwasher at the same price.

Based on the cost, it is fairly reasonable but waiting for service for 2 to 3 days is unacceptable. Customer support takes calls but the response time for claims is way too long.

You cannot get a hold of anybody, I blame it on covid, and even with an email it takes 2 to 3 days to get a response. I didn’t have my AC while I was waiting and then my hot water tank was not working and I had to go 3 to 4 days without hot water. I have already cancelled my warranty plan.

When my contract is over I will not renew with Choice Home Warranty. My oven could not be fixed because they no longer made the part and it cost me over two thousand dollars and they only pair three hundred.

Had a hot water heater replaced recently and I was charged an additional $260 on top of the $60 service call. A month later, the hot water heater stops working. Call choice home Warenty and I am charged $60 AGAIN for a mistake the company that installed the hot water heater made.

Very unsatisfied with how many times they have denied my claims and I have to dispute the issue. I get told things will be covered only to find out after paying the trade call fee that they are not going to fix the item. Not what I expected when I signed up.
