Wouldn’t recommend them. We spent around three thousand dollars this past summer to replace the water heater because of them. We thought everything was covered. It would be great if they explained the policy well.

Customer service absolutely stinks and so does the company. I could give multiple examples but the most disappointing is on the appliances. The price is worse when you are replacing. They give you little money. It is false advertising. It is pathetic. They are a bunch of liars.

My 1st experience was great however my existing claim for our washer has been horrible! The case manager has not contacted us when requested and has failed to provide his ext # so when we call we are hung up on! Also the amount offered to replace the washer is far, far below the replacement cost.

Major issue with getting hot water heater replaced...many made up lies, over 1.5 months of trying to get it done, and had to hire am attorney to send demand letter....no response whatsoever and had to pay for the HWH myself, even after your contactor stated it needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.

Technicians did not show up as scheduled. Slow response from CHW in handling the situation. Took to long to get resolution and reimbursed. Was without the appliance for 30 days when should have been replaced. Once agreement to replace did not replace for new appliance.

There were two things that disappointed my family, The first was the delay in getting the funds for a new appliance, we waited three weeks, thats 3 weeks without a drier. The second was the amount we received for a new appliance was nowhere near what a dryer cost in today’s market, 1/3 of a drier similar to what we had.
