We have had 2-10 home warranty since we purchased our home in 2010. I wouldn’t give it up we have had our Sub-Zero refrigerator rebuilt and the ice machine fixed. A thermador oven/stove replaced and our dishwasher rebuilt. We also have had a sump pump replaced and a roof repaired! Love knowing that we have the security and piece of mind that we can call 2-10 and they arrange for a competent repair man to come to our home!

The original warranty was given to us by our agent. I decided to renew because we actually had to use it on the oven which was only 5 years old. The renewal was a bit more expensive and hopefully I won't need to use it but better safe than sorry.

the service at 2 10 was very good, timely courteous and handled situation promptly I called explained what the problem was they contacted a repair person and let me know within an hour. Time was set for repair person to come he was on time. unfortunately he needed a part. He left and never returned it has been a month and I have called the repair company about 5 times without satisfaction. 2 10 should have a better follow up plan

Put in a request for septic service sent out a plumber who didn't even know I had a septic system. He had to call his boss to try and figure out what my issue was. Over the phone he decides it's the leach field. Of course I know need a septic person to come out and actually determine my issue. 2 10 say of you can submit to use if they have a different diagnosis. Hello if you had sent what I asked for I would have to pay yet another person to come out and investigate what is wrong. Waste of money!!!

I've received contradicting information from different people. The wait time on the phone call to speak with somebody can be forty to sixty minutes. They need to train their employees better.

I thought it was going to be a good fit but I've actually cancelled because it's not a lot of thing they said covered but not. I needed to use it to get the ceiling fan fixed it said it was in the electrical plan and I ended up paying out for myself. I just hope people don't go with them

Yeah I will not be renewing and I will not recommend it to anyone. When someone actually came out and repaired it works fine, but once or twice they can never find anybody to come to work on our stuff they told us to find someone so but like I'd like I said it's pretty much a worthless service.

You can never speak to anyone, you can't talk to anyone, they don't communicate back with you to keep you updated of the status of your claim. I escalated the claim several times never heard back from anyone. Poor communication.

I don't believe they handled my structural claim properly. I had identified by an engineer and 2-10 said it was not covered which is ridiculous. I was pleased with the appliance warranty but with the home warranty I am dissatisfied.

Would not recommend it. It takes them too long to return phone calls and they have subpar contractors. I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning for the last four years and they only just got someone out here to look it.
