Mostly positive. They do however raise rates without notifying those who have paperless accounts. They are also sometimes very slow in calling in after an alarm (2-3 minutes)

Didn't realize when I bought the warranty, I still was attempted to be nickel dimed for someone to come and correct a simple issue. Am considering canceling warranty.

Have never needed them for an emergency thankfully, but the way they trick you in to long terms contracts is despicable and I will cancel with them the second my contract expires
