Orders also cannot be cancelled 7 days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's day because they receive a high volume of orders around this time. It is difficult to order flowers from any website and know exactly what the product will end up being that you receive.
Freshness
Some complaints from customers that received flowers that weren't fresh or died within just the fist week. The company claims to guarantee freshness but still sometimes they have sent flowers that we nearly dying even as they arrived.
