Used FTD to send flowers to my mom for her birthday and she was pleased with the arrangement she got. I felt that it was a little smaller than I expected, but it lasted for a long time. It arrived on time and she said the delivery driver was pleasant and wished her a happy birthday during delivery. All in all I'm a satisfied customer and should I need to send flowers again will use their service. Good customer service.

The best part about FTD is they are very reliable and will go pretty much anywhere. They are pretty over priced, so I've chosen other companies because of the cost. They also don't always provide the same quality of flowers that are shown, so I wish they were more consistent.

I ordered the deluxe version of a Christmas centerpiece, which included two red candles plus holiday greens and floral. The arrangement that was sent was smaller, more in keeping with the standard size, and only had one red candle. Yes, the disclaimer says sometimes their local affiliate florists have to substitute when flowers aren’t available, but come on, why downsize the arrangement? And how hard is it to add the paid for two candles instead of one? I paid almost $100 when you add on all the fees for a smaller arrangement. FTD obviously doesn’t care what their local florist affiliates do once they’ve taken the order AND the money. I will never use them and Proflowers, the other company they own (which also pulled a bait and switch on another order I placed) again. There are plenty of other companies with better standards and practices.

My Valentine’s Day is ruined thanks to ftd. Waited till 9:45pm for my wife’s surprise gift. False advertisement. Do not order from this company. Employees don’t care and just lies about the order is getting delivered. I could had went to get the flower on my own if they canceled earlier.

Flowers not exactly the one we ordered online,plus we paid for sympathy banner for $9.99 didn’t have ,also instead of a card for $3.99 it’s just a small piece of paper with nothing written on it since we provided who we are to send that wreath,go to phone call takes forever. Bad bad bad business.
