Harry & David have a good guarantee in place. If you, or whomever you sent the gift to, are not happy about the gift, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. They will either give you a full refund or an appropriate replacement. There is no required time frame. They are a family owned and oriented business and they have been in operation for over 105 years. This proves that they are a stable company with a good foundation and plenty of experience.

Quick Delivery

They provide next day delivery if needed. If your mail order is received too late to meet your requested arrival date via standard shipping, they will upgrade to express shipping at no extra cost.

Harry & David have a large selection of gift options. They have gift options for holidays and special occasions. They also have gift boxes, gift towers, fruits, chocolates, sweets, wine, bakery items, gourmet food, and different types of clubs (e.g. fruit of the month). They support all modes of customer service communication.

Harry & David have a very small selection of flower bouquets. Unfortunately, they only offer about eight different flower bouquets. For roses, they only offer the option of two-dozen roses.

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery can get expensive, depending on the cost of the gift and/or product. There are not many options for customizing a gift for a person. Even though there are some select flower and bouquets available, customers cannot create other gifts. Also, depending upon the region; it may be difficult to ship wine and spirits due to liquor laws.
