For more than 30 years now this company has helped people express themselves, by offering a fine selection of flowers and arrangements. Customers can also shop though plants, gift baskets, gourmet foods, stuffed animals and more items that are always great for gifting.

When compared to other flower delivery companies 1800-Flowers received the best ratings in consumer review testing. This company has done a better job than most others in resolving the complaints they receive from customers.

Personalized Vase

1800-Flowers also offers a personalized vase with some of their flower orders, which is unique for flower delivery. With this feature customers can have a photo of their choice added to their arrangement.

Still 1800-Flowers isn't the most reliable company out there. Consumers have made complaints about their service saying that their flowers didn't show on time, that they received the wrong color, and that they never contacted the customer to let them know if the order would be late. Customers have also had orders cancelled without knowing, then later found out it was because 1800 flowers was currently out of their request. Members generally aren't notified about any changes to their order until they responded or tried to contact 1800-Flowers to track down their delivery.

I used 1-800 Flowers several times to send flowers to family members around various states in the country when it was a special occasion such as a birthday or a holiday. Well their prices can be a little expensive, they do offer holiday and birthday special bouquets and offer a range of bouquet types to help fit your budget. The reason I gave them a good reading is because every single person that I have had flowers delivered to from them have been very satisfied with their arrangements and the flowers have been fresh and long-lasting. They also give you a powder in the delivery to keep the flowers fresh longer which is a nice addition. I would recommend them but always look for the bouquet specials that they have running!

Great selection and while some of the bundles are pricey, you see the same rates at the other online flower retail options. Arrived on time and was easy to get what I needed. Flowers were also very close to the image and beautifully kept.

I like that I was able to receive my flowers in less than 48 hours. I also love that packets that come that include food, flowers, and delivery can be a bit expensive overall. But I do recommend them because they are better than flowers in the grocery store. I also like the ability to write a note virtually.

1800-Flowers delivered my flowers right on time and in perfect condition. The flowers were just as presented on the website and they looked beautiful. I just wish the delivery was not $15 because there was a location close to my delivery address and I just dont think that was fair.

I've used this service a number of times...mainly for valentines day and its been fine. They contract with local florists so its not this company that actually fulfills orders. My only complaint is that they are super expensive...you can normally get a better price somewhere else. But they are reliable and the arrangements have always been nice.

When I have purchased flowers for my wife or family members, they have always been beautiful and the card that is included says just what I asked to be written. They are often delivered in a nice box and instructions of how to put them in a vase properly.
