You never know a company until you have an issue. Years ago I purchased an Infiniti powered subwoofer for my wife's Suburban. It developed a rattle after a couple of weeks. Crutchfield immediately sent out a replacement prior to me returning the bad one. I was able to unhook the old and hook up the new in a matter of minutes. Then I sent back the bad one. I am a customer for life. This last purchase was a Sony TV. It showed up in three days and you cannot beat the price on a warranty.

Website functions very well - easy to navigate - purchase was quick and easy - unfortunately the item I purchased didn't work out for me - Crutchfield accepted my return without any problems - they provided a shipping label and clear instructions on what to do - I was charged an appropriate amount of $ to pay for the return shipping - very fair and reasonable - I will buy from Crutchfield again - A++++

Crutchfield made what could be intimidating for the average DIY person straightforward and easy. Used a crutchfield ready harness and access steering wheel control harness, so everything snapped into place easily, but had one set of wires that wasn't intuitive. Called and got the information i needed and they walked me thru the rest of the install.

I bought a used 2006 Mini Cooper S Convertible, and it is the most fun I’ve ever had driving. Every car should should be little, have a supercharger and have 225 hourse power. However, the radio is an issue. I guess 2006 was a bad year for Harmon Kardon. Because of that, a replacement with Bluetooth, streaming capabilities and iPhone compatible phone use was prohibitingly expensive. The thing Crutchfield sold me work as slick as snot on a doorknob for 1/5th the price, for everything. Excellent!!!!

I have always shopped at Best Buy for electronics, but, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I made my first purchase from Crutchfield about six months ago and since then have purchased a Sony receiver, a Sony UHD DVD, and, a Klipsch center channel speaker. Their customer support could not be better; knowledgeable sales staff who can provide answers quickly and accurately, great customer service, no problem with order or delivery. I still shop at Best Buy for some electronics, but will make most of my future electronic component purchases from Crutchfield.

I purchased a Onkyo TR-NX676 receiver, due to the fantastic price reduction. I received it 2 days later. I had questions about speakers and subwoofers to use with it. I talked to Hunter, a customer service rep, who talked at long length about different setups and speaker systems. It was very informative. He emailed the information to me along with his personal telephone number in the event I have further questions. This was a very satisfactory experience and I highly recommend Crutchfield for your electronic needs.

Very impressed with the purchase process and the actual item purchased. It is actually a brand that I didn't even know existed (Grado headphones). I read reviews on them which were all good, so I thought for $99 and free shipping I'd give them a try. I knew I could always return them if they didn't meet my needs and spend more money on new Bose headphones (like the current ones I'm replacing). I'm not sending the Grado's back, they are as good as the reviews I read on them. Very pleased with Crutchfield and Grado headphones.

My UE Wonderboom Bluetooth speaker is awesome! I ride around in an old pick up truck that’s not worth an audio upgrade. With my new UE Wonderboom Bluetooth speaker, I can use Bluetooth on my iPhone and play all of the YouTube playlist to my hearts content. The truck’s double cab cabin fills with the most beautiful sounding music— for me, it’s almost magic that I have a such a beautiful dynamic range from such a little speaker, including a robust bass. I liked all the info about the speakers and installation, I had to modify the speaker mounting area so they would fit in the speaker mount, not a big deal for me, but maybe for someone not so mechanically inclined, no I did not call support as l saw what needed done and did it, 5 minutes with a round file and was good to go, for this reason I only gave 4 stars, but I also understand that these speakers fit a multitude of vehicles. I've had the head set just a few days and it has worked perfectly. The angle of the ear muffs could be a little different, maybe more rounded but something I can live with.
