A+ Ordering was easy, shipping was faster than expected, telephone support was top-notch. I know Crutchfield’s pricing is fair, but for all the extra value you get it’s a bargain! Replacing the old radio in my 2003 Sequoia is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I kick myself for not doing it sooner. It took about 45 minutes from start to finish, And even though I did not replace the amplifiers or the speakers I think it sounds so much better. Having Apple CarPlay was so helpful trying to navigate in Los Angeles.

I am disappointed that the HK bluetooth I purchased doesn't have RC outputs and that the included Y wire is essentially junk. I was hoping to use my $50 gold tip RCA cables but instead I've either got to live with the low quality Y cable or find a new one. I wouldn't have purchased this, had I known it had no RCA outs.

I purchased a. NAD C338 amp about 2 weeks ago. When I received it from UPS (in 2 days) I realized I needed an amp with more power. I called Crutchfield’s and they emailed me a return label. I then purchased a Yamaha A-S701 amp. I also purchased a Pro Ject turntable and received it in 2 days. Crutchfield’s staff are a pleasure to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about their products, and a pleasure to talk to. Crutchfield is my electronics store from now on.

This is my first purchase from crutchfield. I am so pleased! I ordered 4 speakers to replace all the factory speakers in my 2012 Ford Escape and they all arrived the next day, as promised. I love that they also include the wiring harness with appropriate connection for the vehicle so I didnt have to cut any wires. Super easy installation. The written directions included were identical to the 1A auto video. I had to replace them since one of the speakers was blown and the sound quality is amazing!!! I love everything about this purchase!

I was recommended by someone on my local car forums to use the site and I'm glad I did. I didn't even put my VIN in and I got exactly everything I needed for the job. I replaced my radio and after selecting the one I wanted they recommended several other things for the job. After all was said and done I got a great new head unit, all the required parts for the job, the tools for removal and installation, and spent under $100. They also provided directions specific to my car on how to remove the old radio and the wire layout. I couldn't be happier and look forward to using Crutchfield again.

1st off the website is very easy to navigate. The prices and selection are already great, then they have special offers all the time. I bought 2 pairs of speakers for 50% off with purchase of the deck i needed. But what i liked the most was how detailed the included instructions are. They were specific to my car with pictures to guide you through each step. Even as a guy that does his own engine swaps, this helps out a lot when trying to make sure you don't break any interior panels during install. Thank you!

I live in VA so I had next day delivery on car stereo system. Delivery was prompt and packaged well. With purchase of stereo, the custom wiring harness and mounting bracket were included. The installation and wiring instructions were easy to follow and the removal of the old system and installation of the new receiver were completed in about 30 minutes with no issues. Needed a no frills new radio with CD player for our 2001 Dodge Ram. Sam was VERY helpful in referring us to just the right radio. Installation was a breeze, even for a 76 yr old man with early dementia! Radio works and sounds great, our favorite stations come in crystal clear. I ordered the Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX for my 2006 Mustang to replace my Shaker 500 head unit based on recommendations from the website. I received my shipment within 2 days with most of the items needed. The website was extremely helpful in pointing out what items I would need for the install. The only draw back is that I needed an antenna extender which was not identified (port on new head unit on opposite side and cable didn't reach), however a local store had what I needed to get the job done without waiting for additional parts. I called the tech support to answer a couple of questions and they were extremely helpful and gave me the confidence to do the job myself. The instructions were spot on. All in all, the head unit is exactly what I wanted.

This was my first experience shopping with Crutchfield but I am glad that I did, they had the car stereo that I was looking at as well as an installation kit and the option to buy a prewired harness that was made specifically for my Jeep. I could have wired my own harness but they did it and tested it for me, a definite win for both of us. And the prices were competitive with Amazon as well.

I was in need of a second Bluray player for a second and was looking for a reasonably priced unit that was somewhat future price. I purchased my Oppo 203 from Crutchfield and Manny was excellent in assisting me. That player has been amazing and just a great product purchase for my main unit. For this purchase, I went with the Sony Ubp-x700 and it just arrived. This will more than fulfill my current and future usage. I loved the products they offer. I bought a radio for my Nissan Altima 2005, and the only issue I had was with the installation a little bit because the recommended radio holder was, apparently, smaller than it should be to be able to fit the radio, but it so happened that the part which was blocking my way was removable and from there on it was smooth sailing. The instructions can be vague but it's nothing a 3 minute YouTube video cant help you figure out.

It was late in the evening. I was evaluating automotive GPS equipment and a new fish/depth finder for my boat. Crutchfield popped up as a provider for both items, and they offered an email option so I could receive direct input. I had a number of questions I wanted the answers too before purchasing. I sent an email, and to my surprise I received a phone call moments later. All of my questions were answered. The caller was very polite, professional, and capable. Wow! most complete jeep stereo/speaker kit I have ever seen. Free Detailed install instructions on my particular jeep. wiring hookups for all speakers to factory connections. What I like about crutchfield is that it's pretty much a one stop shop for all my audio needs. No matter what car I'm shopping for, they provide solutions for any issue that may come up. My most recent purchase was a double din radio conversion for a 97 jeep wrangler TJ. I had purchased a auto multi media radio and when testing it in my wife's vehicle I found that her current radio wasn't the problem it was actually a problem with the speakers that turned out to be a common problem with her vehicle. Not really needing the new radio, I requested a return authorization online and within a few hours I had received the approval and return shipping label.
