I love being able to find clothes and home items cheaper here....I really do find some great things here! That said, the store never seems to be in great condition. Last time I went, the restrooms were completely closed and the fitting rooms are temporary rooms in the middle of the store (I'm not sure how long they've been that way). The most frustrating thing to me is the check out. It seems like there is always a line at the register and that it takes super long! I've actually abandoned my purchase a few times because the line was taking so long!

I love this store and get so many things here for me, my kids and my house. It's a great place to spend time just window shopping and end up buying so much cause the prices are great. The 3 is because you do have to make sure the product you are buying does not have things wrong with it.

It’s always a hit or miss at Ross. Sometimes you can find a few cute things but it’s not that often. They usually do have cute shoes but not much clothing wise. The price is always really cheap, but the clothing quality isn’t always the best.

I used to buy from Ross quite often, but in the past year or two the quality of the clothing has not been as great. I find a good deal less often than I once did. You have to sift through the clothes to find anything really worth buying.

Not all stores are created equal. The one I shop at has a terrible selection and a mess. The larger cities have better selections in their store. I do love it when they say, "Welcome to Ross" but then don't look at you haha.

I always try to find a good deal in Ross stores. Most of the time I come away empty handed. Their prices are lower than TJ Maxx, but the stores are not planned out as well nor are they as clean.

Ross is a great store and the on-line option is perfect. I hate to shop in the store and if I can find what I want on-line and then pick up in the store then that's how I shop. Ross has a great in-store pick up option.

I used to shop at Ross and found some good deals, but have found that the quality of the clothes is not as good as other stores. The shelves are often picked over and sparse.

The one shirt I got, got a hole in the sleeve after about a week of wearing it. Also, the rose decal fell off after one wash.

Ross stores are typically a mess and it’s hard to find what you are looking for. I shop here for belts and socks. Otherwise, the setup just stresses me out.
