Ordering from Ross online can be a little tricky. Their clothing isn't as good as it used to be, so what may look good online isn't as great when you get it in the mail. I always used to frequent Ross but now every time I visit, they never have very good quality clothes. The website is a little confusing and their customer service was very rude and inconsiderate. I will probably never shop here again.

While I like to shop at Ross in the physical store. I am not at all a fan of the online platform. It does not show what the store offers and there is not an option to order clothes.
