Overstock

I'll get to the point. Overstock return policy is horrible in comparison to other large companies' return policies. I say this because their return policy is very limited... very unfair... very impractical. You can read the return policy before you make a purchase and then you have to make a decision as to whether you want to go through your purchase or not...because you have to weigh out whether dealing with their restrictions is worth the trouble or not when you can go to another store and return an item just as easily as you bought it... which would be a fair ...reciprocating exchange. I bought two purses. didn't use them. had to return them because they looked different than they did on the website and as described.one was described as a purse but it felt and looked more like a briefcase because it was so bulky and heavy feeling. I sent it back and got a refund for half the price I paid for it practically. That's because I had to pay for the shipping and handling. so I'm the one who lost money. they're they're going to be able to resell that purse as brand new to somebody else and get their full amount for it. My purchases here at overstock are going to be very limited taking into consideration their return policy. I will buy things that I know I will not want to return... Like hair bands or something.

You can find some cool stuff on this website but it really seems like they’re not much cheaper than retail prices
