Overstock

Due to my experience back in 2013, I swore to never purchase from Overstock again. I purchased a Lenovo laptop computer, which arrived completely devoid of an operating system. I spoke to a rude male Customer Service Rep and was told that I am lying and that it had been disclosed when advertised that it would be lacking Windows, etc. He told me that I could not get money back or exchange according to their policy. I could not refer back to the original listing which was removed from their website. I know what I was promised but could not persuade otherwise. Buyer beware, as this may be a common practice.
