What a great opportunity to find incredible buys. Overstock always impresses with great merchandise at prices that are hard to believe. Their service crew is top notch too. I have won by buying from Overstock. That's what it feels like...WINNING!

I'll get to the point. Overstock return policy is horrible in comparison to other large companies' return policies. I say this because their return policy is very limited... very unfair... very impractical. You can read the return policy before you make a purchase and then you have to make a decision as to whether you want to go through your purchase or not...because you have to weigh out whether dealing with their restrictions is worth the trouble or not when you can go to another store and return an item just as easily as you bought it... which would be a fair ...reciprocating exchange. I bought two purses. didn't use them. had to return them because they looked different than they did on the website and as described.one was described as a purse but it felt and looked more like a briefcase because it was so bulky and heavy feeling. I sent it back and got a refund for half the price I paid for it practically. That's because I had to pay for the shipping and handling. so I'm the one who lost money. they're they're going to be able to resell that purse as brand new to somebody else and get their full amount for it. My purchases here at overstock are going to be very limited taking into consideration their return policy. I will buy things that I know I will not want to return... Like hair bands or something.

Overstock.com is one of the best online websites for finding cheap and affordable clothing! You can buy products exactly like they sell in the stores for cheaper! I wish they'd have more coupons and sales but the clothes are very good looking and they also have staff to help you with any problems you have!

Overstock is a great place to find a variety of items. I have bought furniture, rugs, towels, and so many other things from Overstock and always been happy with my items! I have also had to work with Customer Service on some chairs I ordered, and received exactly the help I needed.

Due to my experience back in 2013, I swore to never purchase from Overstock again. I purchased a Lenovo laptop computer, which arrived completely devoid of an operating system. I spoke to a rude male Customer Service Rep and was told that I am lying and that it had been disclosed when advertised that it would be lacking Windows, etc. He told me that I could not get money back or exchange according to their policy. I could not refer back to the original listing which was removed from their website. I know what I was promised but could not persuade otherwise. Buyer beware, as this may be a common practice.

Shopping on Overstock.com gives me access to thousands of items, ranging from home décor to jewelry. Their website is easy to navigate and I can usually find what I'm looking for. I have found their prices to be higher than many others, however.

When Overstock.com first came out, it was great because prices were SUPER cheap. I used to be able to find great products at great prices. As more and more people have started to use Overstock.com, prices have gone up. They still have great items, but the super cheap prices are long gone. Clothing is no different. The prices on clothes have gotten more expensive on Overstock.com as more and more people buy their clothing from here as well.

Overstock has offered some great pricing on things we have needed. Their payment methods are safe and reliable and delivery has been timely and "as advertised". Not everything is offered and items come and go so you have to be patient but it is worth it!

Sometimes I am happy with clothes I find on Overstock and other times I am disappointed. It's kind of a "hit and miss" thing. When I am able to find something I like, it's great, which is what brings me back, but the other times I just leave frustrated. Advertised as a lower cost for quality clothing but that's not always the case. Not as much of a discount as I would hope for.

I often browse Overstock.com website for items I need or am interested in. They do sell almost everything. However, they often don't have the size I need and their prices seem to be higher than I've been able to find elsewhere.

I have found some great items on Overstock that I can't find any place else or they are cheaper than other sites. The return policy isn't my favorite, so I make sure I like the item before I purchase it.

Overstock is a great website because all these stores that have too much put their things up and sell them for less than retail. You can always find something great on here

Love Overstock. Huge selection of products ( who knew they sold dresses) I am amazed at how quickly they can ship furniture. My new go to website for everything!

Use to shop Overstock more frequently, but seems they don't really have as many interesting items as they once did. Have found a couple great deals on items I was looking for though.

Ordered bedding from Overstock and it was great. It arrived on time and the bedspread is better than we thought it would be. Price is fair and product is great. Happy with their service.

A fun place to shop online. I have never had to return anything so I can't speak to customer service.

One thing that bothers me about Overstock is their ridiculous coupons. They should just round them up to 20%! Shipping is great though! Reliable company.

Their delivery service is ok. I would have liked that it was faster. The product selection is hit or miss, but is true to the pictures online.
