I used to love Old Navy. Unfortunately, it seems the quality has gone downhill in the last few years. I can’t go in to the store anymore without having to wait at least 20 minutes in line. For these reasons, I’m out. I would rather shop elsewhere.

I like that Old Navy offers school uniforms. I do find that the teenage uniform pants are tailored to body types with no curves. It makes it hard to shop for my daughter sometimes.

Good prices, bad for sizing. All the jeans are the skinny style so you need to buy several sizes larger to fit legs leaving the waist swimmingly too big.

Today in the okd navy of chesterfield town center the cashier told me that if i apply for the credit card they will be gave 20 porcent off. And that was not true. I told her that the total of the amount doesnt change and she trying to say that yes but I allready see the total before i apply.

I worked a seasonal job at an Old Navy and it was awful. The store had mice and was always dirty despite there being a cleaning crew. My managers were rude which didn't make for good customer service. The clothes were always dirty from falling on the floor.
