Friendlier service more help on the floor. Employees at check out seem unhappy to be at work stare more at customer than they talk something you shouldn't do. There's not enough floor help when your trying to find something.

I love Old Navy jeans. I bought 2 pairs and earned $20 of their "super" cash. I came back during its reward period and and bought a couple new things. I changed my mind on one item and decided to return it and get something different. Upon doing this, not only did I find out that I couldn't use any of the "super" cash on my new purchase making it lost, but that they only gave me $10 of my $20 because I didn't spend $50 dollars this time. No amount of loving their clothes makes up for ripping their customers off. I will never shop here again.

I love the store. But I’ve had an unreal online experience. My address was off by one digit and I caught it BEFORE shipping. It has been virtually impossible to fix this small problem. Old navy and UPS both blame problem on the other and my package has been sitting at a post office in Jacksonville FL ( nobody knows which one) for a week. At a standstill. And I LIVE in Jacksonville FL. Waaay too much trouble for a 25 dollar order!!!

Old Navy used to be one of my favorites but I find myself going there less and less these days. It just seems the quality of their clothes has gone way down. My kids wear right through them. Kids are hard on clothes anyway, so we do still get some of the trendy clothes from there but mostly I feel like quality is important esp when I need the clothes to last longer. Also the lines at our local Old Navy are horrendous! If I need to go in there I feel like I have to schedule in 30 min to wait in line. So that is also a deterrent. And it's ridiculous! Hire some more people!

I love Old Navy, but their sizes vary. You can have the exact same pants in size and style -- and one will be significantly larger. This very fact has kept me from even trying to purchase anything online. On a positive note - Old Navy has great styles and plenty of choices for plus size women.

Old Navy is a great place to shop for the latest trends. The quality isn't super awesome, but you can usually get good deals that make it worth the purchase price. Also sizing is questionable. I usually have to try on a few of the same size to find the best fit as the size is unpredictable.
