Old Navy is very affordable, but most of the time you get what you pay for. I’ve noticed a lot of our clothes from here shrink the more you wash them. However, I love buying kids clothes from here because kids don’t stay in the same size very long. I also love getting our flip-flops from here and other shoes for my baby and toddler. They are very worth it.

I do most of my kids clothes shopping on OldNavy.com. They normally have really great sales every so often and if you put in a big order it's free shipping. They make returns easy by letting you return to any local Old Navy. Their clothes are normally decent quality. Once you're out of the baby and toddler section the cuteness of the clothes goes WAY down. So once my kids are out of toddler sizes I start shopping somewhere else. I would give Old Navy five stars if they always offered free shipping. That should just be standard in todays world.

My experience ordering online from Old Navy has been positive. The prices are sometimes better online than in the store and there are often shipping deals. I am comfortable knowing I can return items that don't work to the store. I have never had any problems with this.

I love old navy and buying from them makes returns easy. If you purchase online and decide you don’t want it you can take it to your closest store or mail it back. Their return policy gives you 45 days instead of 30 for slackers like me. I love the prices and always am happy with their style choices.

I love shopping at old navy! All of their clothes are super cute, comfortable and flattering. I love how they get new styles a lot and how the prices are good. It's also nice because things go on sale all of the time and you can always find something you like. It's great for the kids as well as my husband and I just love their swimsuits!

I love shopping online for my Old Navy purchases. Almost always they have free in store pick up. It is so convenient and saves me a lot of time. I also receive the discounts through emails and sometimes they don't offer those in the store.

Amazingly, all three girls found dresses that they put in the shopping cart that they liked. I loved just going through their choices and then choosing which ones to buy. So fast and easy!

They have good reasonable pricing. Good selection of items for all. T-shirts and everything is of good quality. I personally do not care for there brand of jeans. I don’t like how they fit. But everything else is nice. I got a couple of thermal shirts that are awesome and very soft at a very inexpensive price. I would recommend this store.

I really like the old navy brand and what they have to offer but as a customer for the last 17 years I’ve grown increasingly disappointed in their merchandise. It seems like everything I purchase looks good and new until I wash it. I get rips in all of my sons clothes as well as mine. Every shirt I’ve purchased from old navy for my now 5 year old son, has a hole or big rip in it after removing it from the washer for the first time. I’m highly dissatisfied in the quality and I hope they improve!

Just wanted to share an experience I had today while cashing out. I approached that cash and as she was scanning my first items i inquired if the socks where also on sale she said maybe. So I said oh i'll just grab them to see.... there in bins just behind cash.... I came back to cash and she had put my stuff aside as was cashing someone else out now.... I thought this was pretty rude especially since the person she was cashing out was another employee/friend .... and I was only gone for 7 seconds.... just was poor manors on her part.

Old Navy has great, cute clothes for a good price. I have found that sometimes the clothing is cheaply made and starts to show wear just after 3-4 times. During the holiday season, the stores tend to get a little disorganized, but employees are always out on the floor working to get everything in order and answering your questions.

I am a regular Old Navy customer. I have a daughter that wears school uniforms and she likes the pants and shirts at Old Navy. During the Holidays and right before school starts they always have good prices on school uniforms and I always stock up. I usually shop online and appreciate getting the clothing sent right to my door.
