The quality of clothing has gotten better than previous years. The sizing for kids clothes feels a little off compared to other brands. The price of certain clothing (pants and sweatshirts) is higher than I would like to pay but the overall quality is average.

I am a tall, skinny guy (6'3", 160) who had a hard time finding t-shirts that were long enough for me without being baggy. Old Navy's medium tall is the perfect fit for me. Items ship fast, returns are super easy.

They have really good clothes but they do not have many options to choose from. My favorites are the shorts and button-up shirts. They are a good price and great quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Online shopping is really easy and there are really good deals that you can find as well as more options than in-store.

I had a pair of jeans that I didn't have a receipt for. It was quite old, but still had the tags on it. I had purchased it for my grandson, and he wore a larger size than I thought. Old Navy sent me a voucher for the jeans, and I had to go back to the store, myself, and make a purchase. It would have been better if he could have done this.

Love Old Navy pants. They get a 10/10 on ankle width apparently. Who knew ankle width was so important? The clothing is of good quality. And the sales make it one of the more affordable places to shop for clothes.

I feel that the quality of Old Navy's clothes are not the best, as after a wash or two, they no longer have their shape and I usually don't get very many wears out of the clothes. For baby and children's clothing, though, they are great! Great quality and price, and always a fun variety to choose from.

I like the stylish clothes I get for a good price. They always seem to have the current styles, which I really like. Then I don't have to work so hard to find lots of cute clothes in one place! They run out of my size a lot though, so I wish they would restock or keep more in stock when it comes to their inventory.

Old Navy has something for every age group. I like to shop for my grand daughters, daughters, and myself at their stores plus their outlets. There is variety and great discounts on many items. They are up to date on current styles and colors. If you can't find your size they will help you find another store or order it for you. Their return policy or refunds are quick and easy. Their clothes are of a good quality so if you follow the directions for cleaning they look great! We never leave the store empty handed. We always find what we are looking for plus more!

When you pull it up, on the bottom of the page it says- your available deals- and gives you information on sales or additional percentage off your purchase. Wow the deals you can get when shopping online are awesome! Same Old Navy fit, quality, and style with a much larger selection. Returns are easy. Although you will pay return shipping cost, I usually just return to any one of their stores. Just take your shopping label with you and refund will be given in store.

I prefer to try on clothes before I purchase, but sometimes it's easier to find what I'm looking for online at Old Navy. The brick and mortar stores sometimes seem cluttered with stuff on the wrong racks. Online I'm better able to find my size and colors... but then sometimes it doesn't fit as well. That said, I've liked most of the purchases I've made from Old Navy.

For affordable clothes that are stylish, but not too outlandish, I go to Old Navy. I can always find good stuff in the clearance racks for me and my kids, the clothes are comfortable, and even without a sale, the prices are usually pretty good. Old Navy's website is always having great sales and I love getting things from them in the mail, especially when I know that I can return them to the store near me. The only thing I don't like is that shipping takes a little while. It comes in the mail in about a week or two. I have always shopped at Old Navy my whole life. OLD NAVY IS MY BFF. Probably 50-75% of my closet is old navy and that's because everything is so cute. I will say it's not the highest quality of clothing, but for me I get tired of something after a season or two and I'm ready for new clothes. It's cheap so it's worth it to me.

We shop at Old Navy frequently and love the choices available in clothing. Some of the clothing is very cheaply made and has holes in shirts especially within a few months. "You get what you pay for". Love their sales. Customer service has been good. Online ordering is sent quickly and can return to stores if it doesn't work out. One complaint is how messy the stores are. Unfortunately, the customers are pretty disrespectful and don't put anything away, and then the employees seem overwhelmed at all they have to do.

Worth shopping here when they have awesome sales. Their clothes aren't the best quality, but when you can get them super cheap on sale/clearance then it is worth it. They have awesome customer service, too and if your order gets messed up then they always send a coupon code to make up for it. Sometimes the wait on the phone can be pretty long. Employees in store are usually friendly and helpful too. Orders usually get to me pretty quick too and sometimes faster than the shipping method I chose.
