Customer service was the main reason we switched. They are 2nd as far as coverage area but overall good service. Recent price hike feels unnecessary

They are okay as cell phone companies go. Just too many updates and changes. hHowever, product service is great if you physically go to the AT&T store.

I've been with AT&T since they were Cingular Wireless and my experience with them has been more positive than my colleagues with other companies.

The actual cell phone service is fine. Great reception, clear line. The company is shady. There are sooooo many hidden charges and extra charges and no discounts applied as they promised.

My opinion they are 2nd only to Verizon. They are way overpriced and Even though they have billing in connection to your other services it is extremely Bang and confusing.

Was the first company to serve my area. Dislike that reductions in rates are NOT passed to existing customers automatically

Every time I go to the ATT store to FIX MY BILL with s more cost effective plan, then switch my bill around and promise savings, only to get the bill in the following cycle with a price increase!

AT&T owners of directv announced price increases in January. I pay these guys $150.00 a month. Yeah that’s right I don’t care what you see in there ads. I do have Staz/encore which will be canceled to off set this increase. If it does off set it enough I’ll look into DISH NETWORK.

Keep changing plans and promising more but providing less for more money. Phones OVERPRICED. Customer service isn't there because bottom line is money and profits not people. Better service for much less through straight talk.

Horrible Customer Service. Always calling regarding higher pricing, service clipped for no reason, customer service screwing up my bill and AT&T holding me responsible for their lack of knowledge. I call them every 2 weeks to go over the same thing.

Watch out for “free” products att Uverse provide you for signing up for a 2 year contract. Their free tablet is costing me $15 a month for 2 years and I can’t cancel it or return it. So my free tablet (that i refused when offered and was mailed anyway) is costing me for the next two years.

AT&T is America's answer to how to screw a customer with a smile on your face and your hands held out for more money. Throughout my entire time with AT&T I felt a knife in my back and their hands (both) IN my wallet. I was with them for several years and my complaints about dropped calls and NO responses to my letters about problems finally convinced me to kick AT&T to the curb. AT&T is way too big for its' britches and should be cut back to size commensurate with its' ability of providing inadequate service.

Worst company ever! Switched from T-Mobile to AT&T after a family issue. The cost was ($170 a month) twice what the rep said, no hotspot without an additional charge, forced to purchase two new phones, rep gave me "place holder" numbers instead of just transfering numbers. Trying to cancel was a nightmare I was told it takes 90 days before I can cancel. I asked about a cheaper plan and was told the plans for seniors are for 200 minutes no texting. Guess they believe seniors are not worth anything other than 911 calls.

The service could be far better. If my wifi is not activated, I have a hard time obtaining service. In turn, I feel like my money is being wasted because I'm paying for poor quality.

I dont like anything about AT&T. They own Cricket right? So if you switch to Cricket it's less expensive per month and the same towers etc. But if your phone came from AT&T and you want or need to use wifi calling your blocked from doing so since you did not buy it from Cricket which they own. Just like several years ago you were blocked from text messaging unless you paid extra even though its built in. And if you want to switch back or never used AT&T but want to try it out, they offer you nothing, no incentives, no anything. Not a good company.
