Turo is great it’s really scary that if you do not record or take pictures of every inch of the car you could be accountable for any damage that you did not cause . My first experience was amazing but my second experience was a complete nightmare and very sceary all at the same time.

Turo is a scam. They pull you in and it looks good. Then bam. They're charging your card for random fees. If you fart in a car and the owner wants to be can charge you for it. And they charge first and ask questions later. Do your homework this company is scandalous

Our reservation was cancelled 2 days before we were to fly into San Diego which caused us to have to rent a car from a local car rental company that charged an exorbitant amount because it was a holiday. I made an appointment to speak with someone from Turo and they cancelled that call as well. I would not trust my vacation with this service.

Cannot believe you penalized me for ‘late return’ of an hour over even though the owner and I coordinated this and they had no problem with it. Picking my picket over a technicality... negates the small amount of savings. I’ll be sticking with enterprise from now on.

I have used Turo a few times. But my last host was late and had hidden fees. Beware of the host who only allows you 100 miles and charge 2.00 for each mile over that. Turo is all for the host and have the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

A driver rented my car and got into a small accident. I've spent months trying to get someone to handle my case with anything other than boilerplate responses. There is no human I can call because everything *must* be handled with email or text (!), and when no one responds after promising me they will follow up, I have no recourse.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. I was stranded and walking, my account was up for verification. They couldn't tell me a time frame, couldn't connect me to the verification Dept., And there was no supervisor I could speak with. Absolutely horrible!!!!

I listed my car on this site to rent. The person who rented it trashed my car. I filed a claim and the claim supervisor could of cared less. He told me to have fun suing because they're not going to pay a dime. This is literally the worst ride sharing company & customer service I've ever witnessed. It's just a giant scam.

I lost the car key, and was happy to pay the owner to replace it. What i was not happy about is the $100 service fee the Turo charged me to "process" this payment. I was shocked by this amount, and they refused to reduce it, even to $50.

Renter crashed my car and Turo was unwilling to fix it and has been dragging their feet for months while I don't have my car. The renter and myself have both been paying insurance to Turo. They double dip on by charging both the renter and owner for insurance but then do not even deliver.
