Communication for my PPP loan was very difficult. All published phone and cell phones #'s either non-working or voice mail that does not get returned. Schedule a call form receives a response that parties are too busy and schedule call will be cancelled. At the very last minute on my file mistakes were made and I was told it was too late to correct before deadline, costing me several thousands in loan amount.

Grueling experience! Have to follow-up everyday to get the funding moving after SBA approval. Totaled almost a month to get the funding from the time the loan was approved. Several documents were required even after the approval and contract were signed. Will tell people about this borrowing experience from Biz2Credit and would definitely give this feedback to the one who referred me :(

I applied for a loan through Biz2Credit, was approved instantly, and had help each step of the way. Once the funds were received the support and assistance from Biz2Credit disappeared. I was passed along from representative to representative and was very frustrated with the lender. This company did not work well for me.
