I submitted my loan forgiveness packet last December and never heard back. I was shuffled around between multiple agents so the left hand never seemed to know what the right hand was doing. multiple emails inquiring to status were ignored, and calls were not returned. in fact, the posted phone numbers for my loan advisors/consultants were dropped or changed such that I could NEVER get anyone on the phone to speak to me. It was only some six months of this nonsense or so before I finally started receiving some feedback, almost always from a number of different people and almost always referencing a different "ticket" number, whatever the hell that means, and in some cases even telling me it was time for me to submit my loan forgiveness app months after I had already done so. As a result, among other maddening things, I was afraid to submit a second loan app for fear it would not be forgiven if granted so I lost a lot of money. I appreciate the assistance in getting the first loan and in finally getting it forgiven, but your customer service is otherwise terrible.terrible

Biz2Credit was AWESOME. I am currently a customer with a large bank that serviced our first draw PPP loan, and the communication was AWFUL. It was also very disheartening that my bank was one of the banks that showed preferential treatment initially to those large companies who drained the fund, and left small businesses in the cold. We decided to ensure we opened our options with this second draw, and I was impressed with Biz2Credit's performance. All electronic & great communication. Not to mention Biz2Credit had processed my application and approved my loan (and deposited the funds) before my other bank even opened up the application process. Biz2Credit definitely helps small businesses to breathe easier.

What is unique about Biz2Credit is an assigned dedicated person who is accessible by phone or email during work hours for PPP loan. If there is any issue with the application, you can always find help. I tried Kabbage before. It was a nightmare: it was very difficult to get through its customer service phone #. Even if I got through, Kabbage personal was different each time, and they didn't follow up. I worked with Tommy, who is just great! Every time I called him, I can reach him right away. No waiting. He was very responsive and answered all my inquiry patiently and timely! It is just amazing!

I am glad that I found Biz2Credit. My company's bank stopped taking PPP applications before I had my documents ready. My personal bank would not help me since my company accounts were not with them. Several other lenders also declined taking applications for non customers. I tried another internet firm who submitted my package to a lender but I never was approved. With time running out I tried Biz2Credit who had an approval in 2 days. With the original June 30 deadline fast approaching I was afraid that my company was going to miss out! Receiving this life line has allowed me to make up the payroll shortfall that the decline in business revenues would not have allowed.

Mazzottis on the Plaza in Arcata california has had the pleasure to work multiple times with Adam L our funding specialist and friend. We have gotten to know each other over a few years now and he is amazingly talented at what he does. We use Biz2Credit basically twice a year, mostly just to have a little cushion in the slow time and when we decide to update, improve or modernize our facilities. Biz2 is hands down the best company to use in this regard. Their terms are excellent, the payback amounts are best in the industry and the speed in which they get it done is second to none. We had used other cash advance companies in the past, but we felt like we were selling our souls to the devil with the payback terms. Biz2 is half what anyone else is offering, their percentage capture rates are perfect and if you choose a fixed payment, that works too. Having done 6 loans with them as of now, I only dial Adam L's number when I need funds.... give them a shot and tell them Joe Mazzotti sent you and see for yourself!

They were absolutely terrible to work with on the consumer side and the CPA side regarding the ppp loan. Their communication was non-existant and they could not timely process even the simplest of applications (almost causing me, personally, to not be eligible for the 1st round) . Response is completely inapplicable since this is in regards to the PPP. You can't "resolve" this issue. To further detail the issue, for round 2 of the PPP I had never received a response and my application sat, stagnant. Luckily it was apparently never even submitted by biz2credit because I took my business somewhere else without issue. If you're going to pretend you offer decent customer service, at least read the damn review 🙄

Poor customer service and ripped me off badly. Cannot respond to inquiries in a timely manner and that only via email. Will not answer telephone calls. Awarded me a spoecific amount (PPP) then back tracked that amount to under half claiming I only applied for one person on the loan as opposed to the 3 which I clearly remember listing and doing. I was forced to use this sham company by my bank at the time. I guarantee I shall never ever use them on personal choice and any company/bank requiring me to utilize Biz2Credit will immediately lose my interest. Never have I ever had such as horrible experience.

They were completely unresponsive on my 2nd PPP Loan. Their software caused an error on an SBA form and they refused to acknowledge or assist in fixing. I sent over a dozen requests for help and the only responses were from C.S. staff in India who had no ability to actually assist in resolving the issue. Online forums showed many, many people experienced the same problems and similarly lost PPP funding. There was a complete and utter lack of customer support. As a result of a missing "dash" in my SSN, I lost the opportunity of a 2nd PPP forgivable loan for $20,800.00. Biz2Credit was entirely to blame for this and did absolutely nothing to help resolve. They should be shut down. Period.

Processing times for PPP loans are 12-14 business days on average, though the time for any given application may exceed this due to unexpected SBA processing errors and the extremely high volume of applications being processed during the program.
