I ordered a book advertised as like new and pictured as having a CD included. The book I received was missing the CD. When I complained, BWB refunded my money.

I ordered and paid for book from this company. Months later it still hadn't arrived (I assumed they'd sent it sea mail). When I contacted them, they told me - basically - "tough" and they weren't going to do anything about it. They did wish " have a nice day" however, so their email reply wasn't a complete waste of time. Order number 142212712

Fast shipping was nice. The rating on the book was a little high, as there were pencil marks all through the book, but otherwise satisfied.

Good support of causes, but disappointing that they still use plastic bags, which harm the environment and don't protect the books.
