My books came wrinkled and water logged. The books could have been better packaged to avoid being exposed to the rain all day.

I immensely enjoy shopping at Better World Books - however, since they have begun selling through third party retailers (ie Barnes & Noble, Amazon...) their prices have increased and their shipping times also. I have also had the unfortunate experience of paying for an order and having it reimbursed 48hrs after purchasing. This is also since BWB have begun selling on other sites. That being said they are still one of the best retailers of hard to find books, and I appreciate that purchases are carbon neutral and that a percentage of purchase price is donated to charities promoting literacy.

The price was good, but it’s a former library book with stamps and stickers all over it.

They are using covid-19 as an excuse not to ship internationally.
