I did get one book a few months ago that said good condition, but had been partially submerged in water. But all the others that I have ordered through the years were all exactly as they said they would be.

Great idea and you are helping others . Senior discounts or even FREE return labels to keep the books back in your circulation as well as a possible "frequent" buyer plan I believe would be well accepted. Many seniors cannot make it to your drop boxes.

Good choice of books, various choices available (soft/hardcover). Do find that the shipping is extremely slow, but do not think it is an issue with Better World Books just their shipper, usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive my orders.

I love that I can find pretty much anything here --even volumes of multi-part sets (like Time-Life Series). Plus I have been downsizing lately, which mean parting with MANY of my books. It was made easier by donating them to Better World Books since 1) I knew they would be used and 2) part of the proceeds go to a very good cause.

The selection is very good. My frustration with Better World Books is the packaging. Heavy and large books need more than the gray plastic to cover the books. They often arrive with smashed corners,rips in the plastic and other mishaps. Also when sending multiple sized books the plastic is a poor choice..always arrives in poor condition with the books exposed. I would grade you a 2.5 out of 10 for shipping practices.

Prices can't be beat - if possible, buy in quantity to take advantage of the discounts - free shipping means that you will probably wait a week or more, but I have always received what I have ordered, and the quality of the book has never been less (usually much more) than advertised.

Ever since you've stopped using "Bestway" parcel delivery service, and gone to using the more reliable DHL for the first part of the journey to my home, I don't have to worry as much about items being lost in transit. Selection is amazing and discounts on top of already discounted bargain bin makes books even CHEAPER!

Usually accurate, although at peak seasons my orders always get messed up. I've received books I didn't order in my shipment twice, and once I did not ever receive one of the 4 books I had purchased. BWB was quick to address the issue every time and when they couldn't fulfill the book I had purchased and did not receive, they refunded me immediately. Overall, great experiences, they are my go-to book vendor.

My book, “American Uprising: A tale of a Slave Revolt” was exactly what I needed for the semester. The Groverfield Library provided a book that was in great condition: it wasn’t written in, not molded, and all the pages were there. It was almost as if the book was never used to begin with! So I’m very pleased with this order and will definitely purchase from here again while recommending it’s affordability (like a little over $5 by cents in comparison for the CD, which was like almost $20 elsewhere) and well done quality. I’m very satisfied.

Better World Books has great customer service, the products are something that I have never been disappointed at. The Delivery, for me it depends on if it actually reaches me. Since I use International shipping and with no tracking number. More than 90% of the time it has reached. When it has not they give the money back. That is great. However, I am not a fan of their website's search option's. It is very limited! And that for me has hindered my ability to search for the books that I want or sometimes can buy. My sisters and I use this website. All three of us have a dislike for the search part of the website.
