They show up when you need them! Great value! They are usually there on time or before projected time. Always care about your safety before they arrive.

I used to love AAA- but since they changed some of the rules, I cancelled my membership. For one, I had a flat tire on a friends car and I encouraged to her get AAA at the time because we were stuck in the middle of the Everglades without any help. She signed up, called for a tow truck... then they told her that she has to be a member 30 days before she can use the benefits. I cancelled mine and hers at the same time because of this! That will be the LAST time that she "takes my word for it".

Excellent services offered at a fair price. However if you are in a less urban area you may wait a longer time for road side assistance.

Excellent when you can get a hold of them. Busy holidays you can't get anyone to answer the phone for roadside service and when you can the wait for service is hours long.

Tried the lizard company and the very progressive one, I was quoted by the good hands, and AAA saved me almost $1000 over all the above.

Great service they provide good perks and friendly reps but its way too high priced i couldn't keep up with the payments i was paying almost 300/mo for a car that cost me $1,500 so good service bad prices you definitely have to be in a higher tax bracket to get their insurance

I only kept it for a year because I didn't end up taking advantage of the deals available or any towing services, that I can remember. I was glad to have it for peace of mind, though.
