Every time that I have needed road-side assistance AAA was there to help with whatever my situation was. When I needed a jump-start at 10:00 pm, they were there within 20 minutes to help me out.

Triple A has offered great and timely assistance. My parents bought AAA when I first got my license and they have always answered calls and provided help promptly.

AAA was the insurance provider I went with when I lived in California and they covered my needs adequately the whole time I lived there... I was happy to have their roadside service as a backup.

They have helped me out more than once! I can change a tire myself, but on the side of the freeway with 2 small children in tow, Im so grateful for the quick, courteous help!

AAA has always honored our insurance. And we feel like we have a fair price. However, we started with AAA because we live in a rural area and wanted roadside assistance. We have to pay extra for roadside assistance in our area because we don't live close to a city. This means we will probably be finding another insurance company soon.

I have had multiple times where I had to call them because of a jumpstart. Although they take a long time to get there, they do what needs to get done in order to have you ready to get home.

Triple A provides some of the greatest road side assistance out there. They are almost always available and will get to within a reasonable amount of time, membership prices are also feasible.

I love AAA...when I need it. The problem is that I rarely need it and when I do, I don't have enough "mileage" or the distance I need help with, doesn't cover. We were literally stranded in Bear Lake and it was harder to get AAA to help than it was to do it on our own. That shouldn't have happened in my opinion

They are great when I need them, it’s just not that often that I need them. If they had a month to month program I think I would be more inclined to keep them. They are great to work with when I need them and very customer friendly.

AAA is an excellent service. They provide reliable service and unlike your car insurance company, they won’t increase your rates if you have claims.

My family has used AAA for many years. They would always give a discount to school teachers. Never really had to use them for any major accidents. But was helpful and easy to use when talking to customer service.

I have had AAA in the past and enjoyed it. I got a lot of travel books from them. I always just go with the most reasonable insurance company and I get a better rate from another company. I wish they would lower their rates so I could return

What a joke. Waste of money. Left my daughter stranded on 95 for over 2 hours before calling back to say they have no one in the area to change a flat. Really? I95 in Palm Beach and you have npc one available. Cancelling this wast of money joke of a service plan.

Unhappy with AAA. Didn’t tell me of overages if I changed destinations. Didn’t resolve. Left me with over 400 tow. I would t recommend. Supervisor Wasn’t helpful. They just want the money until you need to actually use it and then your just a number

absolutely terrible. I called in for a tow at 2pm today, they told me a truck would be here at4. I called again at 4pm and they told me they’d be here within the hour. Called again at 6, told me again that a truck would be here within the hour again. Still no truck. Its 7:33 right now and I’m still waiting. Worst company ever. Do not use them.

Have been a member for over 31 years. I get a flat on a trailer I am pulling and need their help to change it. Am told that’s not covered under my plan but would love sell you an upgrade that does. So much for customer loyalty. Guess I should have just lied and told them it was on the truck.

Very unhappy with my experience. Got a flat tire on a highway right before a flight I had. Was with my mother in law and because I was not physically going to be there and the car wasn’t registered in my name they would not come. Not good. No understanding from the company at all for the situation either.
