Tried Jet Blue once. I like that it is assigned seats but they are super tight. The staff is very nice. I have flown only for business on Jet Blue.

The only word to describe JetBlue is cheap. This company is good for a cheap and short flight. It can get uncomfortable and cramped very quickly. Staff is also overworked.
