I've flown Alaskan once and am not inclined to fly again. They don't go out of their way to help you unless it's a big deal and we were delayed without any explanation. I'd probably only fly them again if it was my only choice.

We had a great experience flying with Alaska. The only thing we were bummed about is that our flight was delayed and we had to stay an extra night in LAX. However, they were willing to accommodate us with a credit.

My experience with Alaska Airlines was positive in many ways, however having my flight cancelled or delayed on multiple occasions has soured my overall opinion of Alaska Airlines. I will say that the staff was as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

We finally got to take a trip to Hawaii. Alaska was the cheapest fare. I was a little concerned that quality wouldn't be great. But, seats were great, service was good and I was pleased with my whole experience.

I have flown a few times, the price was pretty good. The flight was safe. No frills. I enjoyed the onboard movies offered on my phone. The staff was friendly. I had a few calls to make arrangements as I had 21 people booked and there were a few issues, but they were resolved. Hope to fly Alaska Air again

Alaska Airlines aircraft are very clean and new. I like their seats they are very spacious to me. I am a big person and i mostly need a seat belt extension. when I travel on Alaska I never have to ask for an extension.

Joined alaska club 49 and called customer service. They said everything is set and I will get 2 free checked bag. When it was time to fly, I was charge 100 dollar for 4 bag because they couldn't verify my address. I am flying in 1 hour and they wanted me to call customer service again to fix this???? I am not even happy at all.

Personally, I will never fly Alaska again. It was too hot in the cabin, the seats are too small and too close together for any leg room at all. It was a 5 1/2 hr. flight to Maui from WA state. My friend and I were miserable the entire trip.

Unfortunately sad to say, no it wasn't, in Nov traveled to Chicago w/AK AIR and was miserable by the time we finally landed. Seats are to small and everyone crowded like sardines, needless to say everyone in the isle was miserable. What a long long long flight to be uncomfortable. Service was great as usual though, thankful for that.

I watched them throw the luggage from truck to airplane. All my cookies were crushed that i bought and they broke our smaller luggage,took the wheels right off. We had a small propeller plane from seattle to fairbank and the air conditioner did not work we all sweated for 45 minutes. Wont fly it again
