Zoom is good. Sometimes however it is hard to navigate through the options that allow for sound and camera. I think that part can be more user friendly.

It's always slow! If one person on the call has bad internet, the whole call is slowed down, I much prefer in-person calls. As soon as there are more than 5 people, quality of the call drops. I only use it for school cause I have to for attendance.
