I can't remember my life before zoom. They have saved the world from isolation. At one meeting we used the break out rooms. This really improved our ability to be productive in smaller groups.

It is the best website to do video conferences. You can mute and turn off your camera when needed. Only bad thing is it logs you out of your account and you have to constantly be logging in and out of your account.

When the pandemic started and everyone was switching to Zoom, it wasn't very polished. Over the months, they've made drastic improvements but there are still some issues present. I wish there was a way to lower quality settings so you can still watch the video conference and still have that face-to-face interaction, even a slow internet speeds.

Zoom is a good platform but has some leaks. The safety features of not having others join your call when they are private can happen. Also having your call interrupted or dropped has happened for me a lot. Zoom did allow for learning to continue during the pandemic.

Zoom has been very helpful during the Covid-19 pandemic but no matter how good my Wifi connection is, there also seems to be poor image and sound quality. Also, when watching webinars, the very bottom of the screen is often cut off by the toolbar which makes it difficult when viewing a powerpoint.

I have experienced numerous technical difficulties during my time using zoom due to the transition to online schooling. With time, it has become easier to navigate, but the technical difficulties, once again, have canceled many of my online zoom classes. The technical support team does a great job at fixing these issues however!

It's alright. But when you compare it other offerings like Microsoft Teams, the functionality just isn't there. It suffers from the same problems that Skype did (i.e. poor bandwidth management). It does what it needs to but not much else.

If you want to talk to your friends and family, this is one of the best options to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is if you don't pay, you only can talk for 40 minutes, unlike other options.
