I love zoom! I have several of my classes over zoom, and have had countless meetings over Zoom, and it makes it so easy to connect with others. I rarely ever have issues on Zoom.

Zoom has its own technical difficulties, but what application doesn’t. Zoom is a great application when it came to the pandemic shut down and we needed to communicate with classes and glad that was an option over Skype or anything else. Zoom has given video access to people and devices the ability to video chat

Zoom was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but over time and using different software for my online classes, I've found that Zoom is really good compared to other companies. It'd be nice if there was a tutorial or something for when you first use it

Zoom works well, it can't handle a lot of people in one "room" but it's super functional and easy to use, even for my parents when we video call. It's reliable and provides good quality audio and video conferencing, for small groups, like maybe 10=15 at most??

While there is a learning curve involved with conducting zoom, it is my preferred platform for virtual meetings. Features such as a share screen and breakout rooms have added to the efficiency of the meetings. A downfall is that it is very sensitive to poor internet connection, causing frequent lagging.

Zoom is probably one of the easiest video conferencing databases to use. Everything is right in front of you and you're able to alter your video/audio to your liking. It's easy for all ages and all tech backgrounds to use. My biggest concern with Zoom is the lack of security. Tech security researchers have found several major vulnerabilities in Zoom's software, including that it can be used to steal Windows passwords. As easy as Zoom is to use, I am not sure that I am willing to risk my information potentially being tapped into.

Pandemic savior for our office and meetings. Product works well for larger groups without bogging down internet connectivity when a lot of users are online. We plan on using more once the pandemic is over in order to keep travel costs down. Keep up the good work.

Between meetings and classes I use Zoom almost every day. It is very reliable and very easy to use. I do wish it did have a little bit more flexibility for the participants or even the option for more cohosts. I teach through zoom and sometimes it makes it difficult when only one person can control breakout rooms.

connectivity is always solid on Zoom, I get good video and audio connections, once connected, however, I do find that, as an infrequent user, that the controls have a learning curve. I struggle at times to get my mic connected, with an external monitor, and a bluetooth speaker. so when I connect to a meeting, I scramble to get the audio to work so I can hear, and others can hear me. In all, a very robust tool, especially in COVID, that has provided great impact to our business.

I have been using Zoom very frequently because I am a college student and the Corona Virus has shut down most in-person classes. I have not had many connection issues and the platform has been very reliably. Occasionally, Zoom will have a nation-wide outage that is inconvenient but understandable because most college campuses are using it.

It was extremely helpful to be able to have multiple people in the same conversation without needing to be in person.
