Placed order Sat night. Confirmation email said delivery in 2-3 weeks. Called to cancel Sunday. Support said could not cancel an order, but could return it with at $7.95 fee. This sounds scammy. Not Amazing!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I had to prove to them 4 things they said (invoice amount, shipping date, shipping amount, shipping day). I've never experienced anything like this.
